Theramedic Flex

At less than 3 months old the remote no longer works. The “ok” button is stuck in place so unable to use features to operate the chair. Sad because otherwise it was working great. It does not fit a taller person with broad shoulders though. The chair has a full one year warranty, but after 11 days for company waiting on parts our chair is still not fixed. If and when it gets repaired I will update.

Great purchase

My wife has migraines and we both have some arthritis. We are in our 60’s and active. Wow, this has helped our aches and pains and our sleep. The SL track is so effective to reach all your back. We love the auto-sessions where we can still choose the intensity, type of massage and area of the body it will target. We have been using our chair for 3 months and it has become a part pf our daily routine we look forward to every day. Thanks for making such a quality product at a reasonable price.

This was a great purchase! We love it, This chair has so many features.

It is what it is

This chair features several massage choices. I have sciatica and the Yoga and Hip and Butt selections provide a bit of relief. The heating and zero gravity features are not the best. I have been left stuck in a reclining position after a few sessions thankfully I was able to turn the chair on and lower the chair manually by using the remote. The feet rollers are wonderful and do a good job with reflexology. This chair is a compromise between an inexpensive chair and a therapeutic chair.

New purchsed

I am enjoying my new Titan Massage Chair. It helps with my lower back problems. I was receiving steroid lower back injection, which has many medical, physical risks. I have decided to stop my injections. Im very satisfied.

I love the heat in the knees

Other massage chairs are too strong for me. This one is just right. Soft to the touch, allowing me to feel at ease and not stretched to pieces!

I love the stretch feature of this chair, was hesitant to purchase since I'm tall. 6' 4" but I feel aight in the chair.
