Whats the point of writing a real review

Over a month ago I wrote a good review about a greenhouse i purchased. I really like it. But the greenhouse still says Not yet rated. So whats the point of writting a real review.

Not quite correct

I bought one to replace an existing outdoor electrical box. This was almost correct except there are no holes in the back of it to screw into side of house where the existing holes are. There are little metal bumps. These should have been screw holes.

Tight.... almost too tight

The cover fits pretty easily onto the GFCI, and the housing. It has entry points for wires on both short ends and the back. Comes with plugs for them, too. Everything you need to wire an outdoor box except maybe caulk. All the screws fit extremely tightly into the holes cut for them. Also, the screws are made of softer metal, so they are easy to strip. So much so that I had to lean all my body weight onto the screwdriver, then twist the housing 1/8 of a turn over and over just to get the screws to mount the brackets onto the housing. I can see people stripping these screw heads very easily. Same tightness when mounting the outlet into the housing. The reset switch on the outlet has to be pressed well past flush with the outlet face to engage with a "click". Had to use a screwdriver because my finger was too fat to press it all the way in, and I get nervous pressing a screwdriver onto a live outlet. Other than that, it is a great combo that is a simple install.

Price. Had everything I needed to extend a section of wiring on our porch to add some accent lights.

This works as it should. I just wish the hole at the bottom for the wire was larger for my hot tub plug.

3rd times a charm

Cover installation was not very self explanatory. Had to take screws in and out a couple of times to figure it out. after admitting defeat the first time I resorted to the instructions, and.... instructions were not helpful

Safe and Weatherproof

This kit was very easy to install and provides the desired weatherproof condition even when the device is plugged in and in use.

As expected. A small suggestion.

Easy to install. Would like a cutout in the lid I order to be able to close it while something is connected to it.

GFI was not operational. The outside box was fine.

The product box was great but GFI included did not work. We took just that part back and Lowes did swap it out for us. Returns were extremely backed up that day so this process took over an hour.
