Excellent AC

Love this air conditioner. It's very quiet and had my whole living room nice and cold. Would buy this again because the features are nice and instructions are easy to follow.

Great air conditioner, weak app

This air conditioner is powerful, quiet and modern. The Wi-Fi connection is difficult to setup and only works with 2.4 GHz. Overall if you're buying just for the conditioner and remote it's great, but if you're buying for home automation I'd keep looking.

Nice and quiet

Great Buy

Ultra quiet, easy set up. If your looking for a solid window unit this one is a rock star. Integrates nicely with Google nest or similar platforms or has a stand alone app. I can set a timer or turn it on before I get home.

Does not cool

Installed as instructed, tested unit prior to installation and air felt cool. Once installed and running, error code E9 came up and does not work.

Purchased 8/4/2024. Basic set up very easy! Extremely quiet! Cooling is Excellent! Easy control panel and remote! WiFi is a bit of a challenge to set up but once connected easy to use!

NOT Good

I bought THREE of these TCL AC's, excited because it had a 5 star review but i set myself up for a disappointment. Installation was not great and the AC makes more noise than a conventional AC. I already started a return for all 3 on HD. This is the worst AC i have had so far..

This air conditioner is hands down the best I've ever owned. It installed so easily, and I just can't get over how quiet it is! The fact that I can use Alexa to turn the unit on and off is such a plus as I like to keep the door shut to that room. I can also use the remote when in bed and need to adjust.

My AC came and the family was all in my business. Bought a house with central air in every room except the attic and my man cave. Well that's not a problem anymore. It hits the right temperature on those nice warm days!

I got this a month ago, got to use it a couple of times and it’s kept up on the cooling. Used on one room that’s always warm fits well on my window. Bring it a smart unit it made it easy to control it and adjust to right setting. Definitely a keeper for me I’ll just have to give it a try on hot summer days and see if it stays quiet like it did on the couple of hot days I used it.

[Rewarded Review] Very pleased with this window unit

I have zero complaints about this air conditioning unit. We installed it in our bedroom, which is in the back portion of our home, because it tends to get warmer back there. I love being able to use it with my Alexa! It was super easy to install. It is so quiet compared to any unit we have ever used in our bedroom. I love how quickly it cooled off the back of our house. It is compact and modern looking in design and so easy to use. It has been warmer than usual so we had to turn it on before I expected to, this unit is going to be a lifesaver in the summer months! We are very pleased!

I picked this up for my house for when summer rolls around,looks very clean and seems to be very well built, i really like the idea of being able to still open the window when the unit is in place, other than there will be no screen because i will have to take the screen out for the unit to fit, i will be making some sort of temp screen for this tho, i have not tried the unit as it is still in the low 20s and low 30s here where i am, but as soon as those 80-90 degree days hit it will be put to the test for sure.i would recommend this unti to anyone looking for a new ac unit, and being able to control it with our other smart devices makes it that much better.

As we shifted to our new home recently around September, I realized that our family room becomes really hot and it has no fan and switching in centralized AC means lot of bill to cool down just a room. I am now a proud owner of TCL window air-conditioner which has energy saving upto $41 and smart technology that can even start with Alexa and such apps. I’m now eagerly waiting for summers so that I can enjoy the coolness of sitting in AC room.

I am very happy with the TCL Smart Inverter Window Air Conditioner. We installed this in our work room so that it’s not hot during the warmer weather while my husband is working in there. I was so excited to be able to use the voice control to connect with Alexa, which connected very easily. The installation process was really easy and my husband and I were able to install it together without any problems. The unit is quiet compared to previous window units I’ve had. We’ve had some pretty warm weather recently, and the unit cooled the space quickly! We are very happy with the look, the quality, and the efficiency of this air conditioner!

Albeit that it is currently winter and we're in no dire need for air-conditioning at the moment, I had to set this up just for testing purposes. From the pictures, its gorgeous! Can an air conditioner be deemed gorgeous? This one is. What drew me to it is how refined it is: sleek, elegant, aesthetically appealing. It sold me on the "quiet" part. I think that anyone who uses an AC unit shares the same sentiments: AC's are so darn loud. This Q-series delivers with just a delicate hum-just enough resonance to let you know its on. I don't think we'll have any issues with raising the tv volume to accommodate the droning like we had to last spring/summer with our old unit. The air quality is impeccable, too. At 8,000 Btu's it cooled off the living room pretty quickly. Well worth it!
