Product Guarantee is Horrible

This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress. Which they replaced the first one only because the fire retardant cover fell apart after a year of use. This second one has indentations on both sides of the bed. They make it beyond impossible to get your mattress replaced. We did the measurements and took all the pictures they required. We have a low profile bed and showed the picture of it before we purchased it from one of their retailers and he said it we can use it without the box spring because it already had slats in it. He even showed us the tag that said it could be used with or without it. Both of us are in shape and into our health so it isn't a weight issue that's causing it. After reading reviews online regarding how difficult it is to get them to honor their warranty policy. You are better off getting a memory foam mattress from another retailer. They will do everything possible to make sure you can't replace it. No matter what their ads say. After almost $10,000 on two mattresses in the last 15 years. We are officially over it. Their products are only worth it if you never need any warranty assistance.

Registration difficulty.

Registering this mattress was not quick and easy as stated in your guidebook. The delivery team placed the mattress on the foundation, but there was no mention of a serial number. When I tried to register online, I found that I needed the serial number, which is located on the tag hanging from the bottom of the mattress. I was unable to lift the mattress myself, so had my daughter help me. We found and removed the tag so that I could complete the registration. Also, I received no paperwork with this delivery. Would the serial number have been printed on the paperwork? Will I receive paperwork? I would like a response from someone. I will rate the product itself after I have spent several nights on the mattress. Thank you for your quick response.

TEMPUR-Cloud® + Hybrid

Have only had this mattress for a week but we switched from a Tempur King foundations bed to a Split King Tempur-Ergo Extend Smart Base last year. The Tempur mattress we bought 12 years ago was used on Smart Base for the last 16 months and then we decided to buy the TEMPUR-Cloud® + Hybrid so that we could use the benefit of the individual adjustable features of the Smart Base. Don't remember the name of the 12 years old Tempur-pedic mattress but it's almost like new and are giving it to our granddaughter who will probably get married next year. Loving this one also so far! Molds to our own body and returns to the original shape after we get out of bed. Came delivered from the factory in a vacuum bag rolled up that expands after you unroll it and break the seal on the vacuum bag. Love it!

Excellent for my chronic pain!

My previous mattress, which was only 3 years old, suddenly became unbearably uncomfortable. I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep on it, but didn't have many other options. I suffer from chronic pain anyway, and didn't know what to buy instead.
