I bought this cooktop in September. Being my first induction cooktop, it takes some adjusting on my part. I do love the smooth cooktop with no knobs.

Recently installed this 30 inch induction cooktop. Although there is a learning curve to induction cooking, I would suggest it is not steep and the benefits far outweigh learning a new system. I very much appreciate the layout and the beauty of its design. Also, if you have never cooked on induction heating, boiling, etc., is very fast.

Good so far

This is my first thor product. Installation was fairly simple and everything works as it should. It heats up way faster than my old electric cooktop with elements. I like the induction option because I have young kids and if they play with the buttons these won't heat up unless proper cookware is on them.

Bought this 30" Induction cooktop after hearing about it from a friend who purchased one too. Cooking is quicker, I can control the heat even better than gas and it is safer than gas around my kids. Most of my cooking utensils worked.

I bought this a month ago and so far loving it. I took off 1 star because it is hard to see the option buttons.

Easy and intuitive

Retrofit this into our countertop, which had a hole that measured too big for it. I added a steel ring around the outside dropped right in hooked it up easy to use. Looks nice too..

Thoroughly Impressed and Satisfied

We were in the middle of a house remodel, including redoing the cabinets and backsplash in the kitchen. I am the cook of the house and I had been using a regular electric cooktop that had "hot-spot" issues on the various burners. I had heard the induction cooktops were fantastic and so I decided to get an Induction cooktop to replace it. A friend and previous co-worker at our favorite big-box store recommended THOR. We purchased it that night. When it arrived the THOR Induction Cooktop was extremely easy to install to replace my 6 year old regular electric cooktop. The instructions were absolutely clear and concise. The removal of the old cooktop and installation of the THOR from start to finish was less than 2 hours.

I am happy with how fast the burners heat up although I will have to say that you do need to clean it once a week, stove top cleaner because for some reason, the larger burners get water spots or some such.

[Rewarded Review] Love induction - hard to keep clean

This cooktop has performed very well, and cooks so much faster than my radiant cooktop was. I love the sleek design. In person, the cooktop is much darker black than it looks in the photo. Thus, it is difficult to keep it looking shiny and streak free. Another thing I've noticed is that if water dribbles on the power button it can shut it off. I would definitely buy this again -- the price was phenomenal for the quality.
