Overall the hood is okay, not great. Good suction, and finished look. I like that it has the ability to reach a 10’ ceiling without extra pieces needed. Packaging was perfect and secure. My cons are that the lighting is very weak and only 1 setting of brightness. The 6000k color temperature is very blue and does not match any lighting that a residential kitchen would use. Fan vibration through the wall structure is quite loud. I’m on an interior wall which is uninsulated so it’s very noticeable. The beep when you touch anything on the display is obnoxiously loud and cannot be turned off. For the price, I would not consider this a good value. It has cheap feel to every component. Very thin gauge metal for mounting and securing so it looks great, but you can tell that it was cheaply made in another country.

Simple / Sleek

Simple but efficient. Had to modify the exhaust shroud clip slightly to make it all fit, but otherwise a decent unit.

Beautiful for the price

This hood fit perfectly with the custom look I was aiming for. Not too dramatic but not dull. I read some reviews that indicated it was too loud, but it is as loud as I would expect it to be to get the job done. I will be pairing it with a Thor electric range.

Returned the product did not meet my expectations. The hood was not fingerprint resistant and display light did not match other appliances.

earlier than I expected

It arrived sooner than I had anticipated, or rather, we had anticipated. When it arrived, it was in excellent condition with no dents or scratches at all. Excellent in person. The noise level is not excessive, and the suction is excellent.

Ridiculous loud!

This product is so loud and noisy it literally sounds like I have a helicopter in the kitchen. I want a refund!
