This is the second stove I bought from Thor. The first one was my home in Wrstwood NJ and I did the while package with the 36" stove...now I just moved into a new home which had a Jenn-Air 48 inch and was terrible!! So I said he'll no and called and got a new Thor 48" gas with a griddle!! Thor is byfar the best when it comes to coolking and baking which I do everyday!!!

This stove has been a constant source of frustration. The oven ignitors constantly fail ( 4 in 2 years). The main oven element was damaged by an ignition that blew a 1inch hole in the side. It took over 6 months to get a replacement part. Don't buy this product.

Fit well into cabinet not leaving gaps in the back against the wall or along the sides. The lighted controls is a helpful feature along with several others. Great attention to details by manufacturers.

Best Range Ever!

Legs a little wobbly for a range of this weight & size. Undoing the crappy paper stickers took an hour. Fit & finish beautiful though . Ultimate test is when or if we need help from customer service. I would like to give another review in 6 months because i cook alot.

Where the heck do you put the eggs?

I liked the Thor quality and bought all of the appliances for kitchen just not happy about how big they are.. I'm used to smaller appliances

Major savings on Thor package!

Bought these thor appliances a few weeks ago from Premium Home Source. I have not used the appliances yet, just installed part of the items in our new build; they look amazing and I saved so much money then buying in store!

Originally purchased a Forno brand and returned it within a month. Horrible quality and I spent several hundreds of dollars on a plumber to come out to “repair” the stove because Forno refused to warranty a factory issue. Thor stove is hands down one of the best investment I have made yet. Solid and sturdy as well as a beautiful addition to my home.

Utter garbage

The second time we used the main oven the knob broke off. Utter garbage. Customer support is a joke.

Great package at a great price

The appliances were great. They looked great and are very functional for this home. Oredering through Premium Home Source is a breeze as well. The only issue is having to wait for them to arrive (which we expected due to COVID). It took roughly three weeks to get our order. So plan accordingly. We work on houses so will definetly use them again.

Nothing but issues

Looks nice but that is about it. Our is 1.5 years old and it has only bee working correctly for about half that time. Even worse than the oven is Thor customer service. Be warned...do not buy ANYTHING from Thor.

Stay away from this piece of crap. Oven went out after 2 years and impossible to get a replacement part. Oven Doors never fit right. JUNK JUNK Junk!
