Really beautiful faucet but has some flaws. The finish scratches after use, though the scratches arent terrible. The pull down Jose works great, but after a few years (I had a plumber install this in early 2021), the handle is leaking. Its really hard to get to the interior but to tighten it. Seems like a flaw in the design, but generally Ive been happy with this faucet (just put a drip mat under the handle).

Upper bolt came stripped so it is impossible to secure the faucet to the sink. I am in the process of trying to return this item.

I like my faucet. I priced faucets at home improvement stores, and they were expensive. In comparison, the quality was basically the same or similar to this faucet.

Very good Topcraft Pulldown Spray Single Handle Kitchen Faucet My my son have it about 2 years, already and never have problems with it. used every day. I also bough one and also work very good. I would recommend this product.

It came in perfect. Do t have it installed as we haven’t fully started our kitchen project.

We’ve had this faucet for a few years, but noticed the paint peeling after the first year. Still love it, but was hoping it would look nicer for a little longer.
