I had it installed by a pro. He was impressed by ease of installation and that every component needed was included. I think it's high quality and beautiful...a very nice finish to my new bathroom. And, of course, buying through Build.com is always a pleasure.

We love this shower system, installed in a remodel by a plumbing contractor, both the functionality with the separate controls, and the bronze finish - perfect match with our tile and provided a nice accent to the other black hardware. The shower head is a true waterfall - no pressure - which I use primarily for hair washing. Handheld unit has great pressure and works well for everyday showering. (If I had it to do over I would have installed the bar higher, but kept the hose connection low). We also purchased the sink faucets in the bronze finish (the pressure is low on these, but not a problem for us).

We purchased this setup for an upstairs bathroom, and love it so much, we purchased a second for our downstairs bathroom. The shower is luxurious and exactly what we wanted - enough pressure to wash out thick suds from my hair, and gentle enough to make me want to stand in the shower for a very long time. It’s super pretty too!

Perfect Shower for the Spa Look Inside Your Home!

With having a professional general contractor in charge of all of our home renovations, we had to select, purchase, and delivery all of the plumbing fixtures ahead of time and have them at the ready for the workers so that there was little to no delay in the schedules. The items we selected from Signature Hardware gained early praise from the master plumber and he was able to prepare the necessary connections well ahead of time, thanks to the excellent installation documentation provided with each component. The finished project is more than what we imagined and we are very pleased with the quality. We will enjoy our new spa-like bathrooms for many years to come!!

Diverter valve goes bad

The shower system is very nice, but I have had trouble with the diverter valve leaking. I replaced it after spending a log time on the phone to get the right part. However, Scott was very helpful and eventually got the correct valve to me. Later the hand shower just quit working (shut itself off during the shower with a loud thunk). I am trying to get replacement parts now. I recommend getting replacement parts when the system is bought because it is time consuming to find them later.

Nice when New

We have had this shower for a few years now. We have had trouble with the cartridges leaking, and the hand wand hose rusting. Thank God for the Great Warranty at Signature Hardware. We have had great customer service but they do ship replacement parts very slowly.

Very Happy

Put bronze unit in master bath over a year ago. Great to turn on water and not have to fiddle with the temperature - just get in and the temperature is the same every time. Great pressure and looks beautiful.
