Love the cozy features this piece adds to our family room. Miss our real fireplace but downsized our home so added this functional piece to fill that void! Cabinets on either side of the fireplace are great for showcasing seasonal treasures or collectables too.

We love this. We have 10” ceilings and our tv is wall mounted, so we wanted a taller unit. This is one of the taller and longer units available on Wayfair that has a more “authentic” fire look.

We like our off-white Tracey Grand fireplace. The length was perfect for our living room but we wish it were about 2 inches higher. The fireplace looks cozy when it is on. Putting it together went smoothly.

Solid entertainment center. Great to hide the soundboard and create a warm and streamlined effect. This electric fireplace is eclectic and used in many different decorating themes. I highly recommend this unit!

Very nice. looks great perfect for the spot I needed in the living room. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was because one of the doors was cracked in a few places. Wayfair has reached out to the manufacturer and I am just waiting to hear back to get a door replacement. Other than that I would order again - just note there are a ton of pieces. We had "Angi" put it together for us (a little costly) but it saved a lot of aggravation and he put it together within 1 to 1.5 hrs.

I purchased this in a distressed off white color, hoping it would blend with a bar cabinet in same room. Was very worried about purchasing, what was to me ,an expensive piece of furniture without seeing it and would not relish the idea of having to return it as it came in 3 large and heavy boxes. It was exactly what I had hoped for in color and the craftsmanship was superior to what I expected. Was the perfect piece to add a bit of warmth to my room

Took a bit to ship but arrived 2 days after it did ship. Packaged perfectly in that there were no imperfections in any of the pieces. My husband spent approx 4 hours to assemble it all, however he took his time since he’s not handy. So far, everything is in working order. I’d highly recommend this stunning piece!

Not bad, minor defects

Bought this earlier in the month, actually arrive quickly. The instructions are hard to read (understand) for a few step.

I absolutely love my fireplace cabinet. We haven’t had to use our heat unless it’s freezing outside. We just turn the heater on and it warms our space enough. It wasn’t hard to put together and surprisingly, nothing was damaged. It’s a nice piece.

We were searching for a console with a fireplace and because I love all things ivory/beige, this was attractive to me. The dimensions were perfect, and fortunately, it was on sale. Delivery time was reasonable and I opted to have it assembled, so upon delivery I was contacted by the technician to schedule a date and time. A funny thing happened......on the day of assembly, two technicians showed up. Lol! They took it in stride and worked together to get the job done in half the time.

Fireplace TV unit

We absolutely love our RealFlame fireplace. It's very well made and high quality. Nice finish and great proportions. It matches the style of our bedroom set and compliments the room. It came in 3 boxes, well packed, delivered by Federal Express. 1 box within 2 days, then the remaining 2 boxes the next day. It took about 2.5 hours to fully setup. We're very pleased with our purchase and Bed, Bath and Beyond now by overstock.com had the best price. Unit seems a little smaller than expected but it's a good size for the space.

This piece is sturdy and seems to be made well. It looks great in my man cave. It caught my eye because I love the real flame and log look it gives off. Great purchase. I did pay to have professionals put it together and it was absolutely worth the money. I'm not the handyman so it would have taken a better part of a half day figuring it out.

It’s a decent piece of furniture. It’s heavy and sturdy. I like it a lot. My fireplace part doesn’t have all the settings it’s supposed to have but it would’ve been a hassle to send it back over that. It works fine, just doesn’t change the flame color or anything. Overall, I’m not upset.

Great Furniture Electric Fireplace

This piece is large and attractive. We are using it in our basement recreation room. It fits a 75 inch LED TV on top perfectly and takes the chill out of the air when needed. Looks great but "beware" that you MUST follow the assembly instructions very carefully. It is not an easy assembly but if performed carefully it should turn out great.

Not happy

It is a beautiful piece of furniture. The advertisement was false. It does not change color nor can you adjust flame levels, even though the remote it comes with says you can. I complained to have them change out the fire box because the newer one has those features. But I thought I was buying what was shown and I got the old one. Im still going to fight to have it replaced. Cost me 350 to have assembled.

Now that the fireplace is all put together, we do love it. But boy howdy, it was AWFUL to put together! Anyone saying it was a piece of cake, I think you got sent something different than us. We have put together dozens of pieces of furniture over the years, and this was the hardest one other than our current bed. It came in so, so many pieces! 3 different boxes delivered over 2 days, with instructions that have small pictures that are hard to make out what is supposed to be happening, with stickers on visible parts of the shelves and sides that don't come off. Ugh. Also, for the amount of money being charged, this ought to be way higher quality and come mostly put together. If I had it to do all over again, I would honestly get one of the units for $600 or less. It is beautiful, though.

In love. I hired two guys to put it together. It took them a little under 2 hours. It's gorgeous and puts off a decent amount of heat too. Came in three big boxes. Well packaged and shipped quickly.

Don't delay purchase

Is TV stand with the built-in for fireplace and shelving is amazing. It is a beautiful addition to my newly renovated living room. At night while watching a movie the flames of the fireplace is illuminating. You can use this fireplace with or without heat. I am very satisfied with this

I love the real flame fireplace. The TV stand was easy enough to assemble. I was distressed to find out the distressed white cabinet finish was much more distressed than I expected. I expected the paint to be distressed, but the wood cabinet had small dings and chips. Oh well, it’s still beautiful!

Love it!

I just received this today and I put it together by myself in about 3 hours. I followed the instructions step by step and it was very straightforward. I love it. It is a very solid piece of furniture and it looks great under my 85 inch tv. The price was great and much less expensive than other retailers selling the same fireplace. It was delivered in two days.
