The product was fine. The natural material is scratchy, so if you're someone who wants to kick back with your bare feet on your ottoman, this may not be the most ideal furniture. I didn't realize all modern charges for return shipping, so that's also something to consider. If you order it, you should have a high degree of confidence you will keep the item.

This is a very cute pouf. It bigger than expected, but in a good way. Not too tall, I use it for my cat as a step onto the couch. Works perfectly.

Very nice sturdy

Very cute but beware -- we ordered these two at the same time and they arrived with one much larger, lighter colored, and different looking than the other one. Otherwise very happy with them, I just wish they were both the size of the one on the right.

Great looking ottomans

We wanted a different shape, texture and look and love both ottamans. We're still awaiting the rest of our order with great anticipation since it was a custom order.

I love this pouf. It’s versatile! I use as a foot rest or I put a small tray on it to use it as a table for a small space.

Love everything about these ottomans. Light weight, great color. I have 3 cats and while they do like to play with them, the ottomans hold up to the claw challenge very well.

Not what I expected. Unconfortably hard and not enough room for two people to put feet on. Alos unstable (shape makes it wobbly).
