The sink arrived literally cracked in half. Not sure if the sink quality, packaging or shipper should be blamed. I contacted Wayfair support immediately to get a replacement because I had countertop manufacturing waiting on the sink. I was told I’d have to wait 2 business days for the manufacturer to respond. Why can’t Wayfair handle it directly? Well I waited til the following week before I finally got a response from Wayfair customer service offering a replacement or a refund. I let them know I wanted a replacement. Then the next day, they replied that a full refund would be issued. Did they just ignore my response? Well, 3 days later they said they’d correct the mistake and send me a replacement. Too late, I already bought another sink elsewhere. 10 total days had passed since I received the damaged sink and contacted customer service. The amount of frustration, hassle and run-around is not acceptable and Wayfair just lost a loyal customer for life!

Beautiful sink. We returned as it arrived cracked. It may have been damaged in delivery but we will never know. The sink certainly could have been more securely packaged for shipment.

Buyer beware

We bought the Blanco sink in soft white two months ago, and I hate it. Whenever you pour a cup of coffee into the sink, it will leave a stain even if you rinse the sink immediately. We are now using the suggested cleaner daily, but even that is not enough. We have to resort to baking soda weekly to avoid staining. Blanco customer service was less than helpful. If you want a high maintenance sink, this sink is for you!

Arrived broken

Blanco needs to figure out their packaging. I ordered two of these sinks and they both arrived broken. After receiving the first broken sink I thought it had been mishandled but when the second sink arrived in the same condition it was obvious that the problem was the lack of proper protection.

Wayfair was significantly cheaper than the surrounding stores in our area and the shipping was quick! We ordered late Wednesday night and it arrived Friday morning!

I love this sink! It is practical, the large side is deep enough for my pots and pans and the smaller side is just right for rinsing. It melds seamlessly with my quartz countertops and looks very pretty in my kitchen. I had it professionally installed without any issues. I would recommend this sink to anyone looking for the perfect mix of function and aesthetics.

Best sink finish!

Replaced a 40 year old sink with an odd shape, and this one was perfect. I will never buy another stainless steel sink again! This finish is clean, shows no scratches, and looks perfect in my kitchen. Very happy.

We are very happy!!! We actually ordered from a different company and it arrived broken. Didn’t know wayfair carried sinks but you do and we got it quickly and in one piece. The installers were amazed at how quickly we received it!!!! Wayfair saved the day!!!!

Blanco sinks- my fourth 💕

This is my fourth Blanco sink. It is the perfect color match for my new Quartz countertops. However, since my other sinks had a bit of sparely granite showing, this matte finish makes it look

More than disappointed with this sink

More than disappointed with this sink! We purchased this sink a few years ago and now the color is fading and chipping off. It looks just dreadful and getting worse weekly. We reached out to Blanco regarding their warranty and they refuse to honor the warranty. They say this is normal wear. DO NOT PURCHASE. IT LOOKS JUST HORRIBLE NOW. We are a retired couple with no children banging and abusing the sink. This sink does not stand up to normal usage. We mostly use our dishwasher. Do not recommend this sink!!

2 years and it still looks new

Two years ago we did a few upgrades in our kitchen and the sink was one of those changes. We cook a lot and this sink has made every day clean up a lot easier. We highly recommend buying the wire racks for the bottom of the sink to give it extra protection from dings and scratches. We use lime away foam and then wipe it down with WD4 once a week to prevent hard water build up. The wire rack also makes a great dish drainer. Out of all the changes to the kitchen the sink is my favorite.

Deeper than I expected so it took some plumbing changes,, bt very nice and a clean white,, not creamy.

after just 3 months. Stained from coffee. I have the gray sink and it only got worse. Stains are stuck. now i have corrosion and spots. this is a single family home. I'm talking 2 people. this sink went bad after 3 months. do not buy. will cost 800 to replace this sink. I've never had a sink replaced in the first year. total garbage

Continual chipping even with the sink grates

This sink is terrible. We purchased it when we remodeled about 5 years. After it had been installed for a year, I noticed several chips in the bottom of it. They replaced it under warranty but of course only the sink. We had to pay for install. The also sent racks to put in the bottom of the sink. We have religiously used those racks, even though we don't like them and now this sink is getting chips in it too. Don't waste your money.

Love this material and color options. A great change from the usual stainless kitchen sinks.
