[Rewarded Review] Perfect..but not srorm-proof

I installed this set in my living room. I did use a small vacuum pump as directed. The install was easy. But I did make one mistake that resulted in release of some refrigerant. I used an adapter fot the charge port and forgot that I should disconnect that first. No matter, there was enough left to function perfectly. The set works to cool and heat the living room, kitchenette and hallway.

[Rewarded Review] High Efficient 17 Seer(That means GOOD) Mini Split with Nice Built in Features, Small Footprint, and Whisper Quiet.

This mini split was a breeze to install and works fantastically! The instructions were clear though I watched a video from the company because I'm a visual kind of guy. It's a project for someone with moderate handyman skills. I did need to use a vac pump and install a shut-off switch, along with putting in a 25 amp breaker in my electrical panel, but that was expected. I'm pumped with how quickly it cooled down my garage, even when it was almost 80 degrees in mid-October here in Michigan! Honestly, you can barely here it running from outdoor and inside. I had to get close to both units to double check if it was on. I can't wait to use the heat pump in Fall/Winter and get some work done out there without freezing while wearing two shirts, a hoodie, and a parka. The only minor drawback is the limited options you have to mount the indoor unit due to the 16' refrigerant lines. This thing is pretty efficient with a 17 SEER rating. The large remote control feels sturdy and has a built in humidity sensor which is awesome here in the rust belt. I'm impressed so far with the performance of this mini split.

[Rewarded Review] Good heat pump/ac with a bad app.

This is a pretty nice AC/Heat pump. I installed it in my garage on a Saturday and if you've installed a heat pump before it's pretty much the same if you haven't, there's a great video on the product website and other guides on the web. One thing that is different with this heat pump from others I've installed is it has the new R32 refrigerant. It's more efficient. But the problem with it is its flammable so you may need to get a new sparkless vacuum pump.

[Rewarded Review] Great unit when you need additional heating / cooling capabilities

One of the important items to note is when ordering this split unit is that the inside unit and outdoor unit are shipped separately. When I received the indoor unit first, I contacted the manufacturer. They explained that they come from two different manufacturing facilities. The Outdoor unit showed up three days after the indoor. Not a big deal, but very important to know they will more than likely arrive separately.

Does not cool as other units I’ve used.

The one I ordered online was damaged so I had to return it. I did not want to wait another week, for a replacement, so I ended up buying one from the store. Hence, only 4 stars. Of course the one at the store cost more than the one I had ordered!

Easy to install, works very effectively cools 1980 Detroit single wide 100+ deg. outside 82 deg. inside runs off solar, fantastic unit.

Watch the Youtube videos and it is easy to install. Great item. 5 year warrantee if you register the unit. It has a turbo feature that will cool the room in minutes.

Beware! The unit may come under-charged with refridgerant and if it is R32, it is extremely hard to find! Turbro will not supply any refrigerant unless it is a proven leak.
