This unit felt flimsy, the handle felt like it would snap at any moment, and the lid would not stay up.

Doesn't come with the file rails

For the price of this rolling plastic box, you would think it would include the rails to hang the file folders, after all it is a "file cart"... but it doesn't. I reached out to customer service, and they confirmed that the rails are not included. It would be nice to know that PRIOR to purchasing this product but it doesn't say that anywhere in the product description. Also, customer service never told me what item I would need to order that would fit this product. Otherwise, the product is well-built.

No Durability Whatsoever

I had high hopes for this file box, but it failed less than five minutes into its first use. It rolled perhaps 3-4 feet before the wheels fell off. I was bummed, but figured it could still be used as a transport case sans wheels, so I picked it up by the handle and carried it. I made it a few steps in the door and the latch came loose, the lid flew open, and files went everywhere. Lid won't stay closed now. Totally useless.

Did not come with file rails

It did not come with file rails to hold the hanging files.

Affordable and handy

This isn't a super-deluxe rolling file cart, but the price is right and it's doing a great job for me. Roomier than I expected.

Wheel fell off within 10 minutes of using product

Either change the wheels or stop manufacturing them.

I liked the portability of the file cart

not very impressed

nice concept but falls short in performance, especially for the cost.. ordered 2 one was missing hanger rods and has been a hassle to correct that. the rods that are supplied are not very sturdy and bend to the weight of the files. the handle interferes with the lid which will not stay open. I tried to get missing parts through manufacturer however the phone number staples has is incorrect so I opted to return the item.

File cart on wheels makes it easy to take important documents if you have to evacuate as in a hurricane

Useful and easy to carry, but...

It does not hold as many files as my oversized cloth-surfaced file cart did.

Flimsy and top doesn’t stay open

The wheels in this are flimsy and the top of the mobile cart doesn’t stay open making it a task to use. I will be returning this.

Very pleased with cart exactly what I expected and the speed of delivery was unbelievable I will most definitely order from here in the future
