First one arrived damaged. Second one arrived missing parts. Still waiting for parts from Dreamline. I contacted HD 3 times to help replace the missing parts. No one from HD followed through. I had to contact Dreamline myself. (HD did eventually contact me apologizing for dropping the ball and discounted the purchase…thank you for that). However I’m still waiting for the parts from Dreamline and it’s been over 2 weeks and counting. It would have been faster to just return the second one and reorder a third. Very disappointed and still no parts.
