Perfect, you can't go wrong with Ferguson or Delta!! Ordering, shipment, were very easy and fast, installation on our part went smooth and I love the handheld!!

The handle is made of plastic. The description stated it was metal. Have to return it and pay 20 for return shipping. It was false advertising and they will not reimburse me the 20. Customer service is not helpful at all. Will not shop from Wayfair in the future.

Nice fixture

This Delta shower sprayer is a great hand held sprayer. We use it in addition to the shower head at time for a separate water angle during showers.

Top quality shower hardware Delta

The product quality is high. Plumber says this is the best as you can easily change out a cartridge. Black color is good. The ability to set the temperature setting and it comes on each time is a plus. Must have the slider bar to move to different heights. Bought the rain shower head as well. The only negative is there are only 3 setting choices on the head and there isn’t a good pulse they are all the same.

Black finish flakes off terribly!

The showerhead is great. Nothing to complain about there. But the black finish of the hose is awful. It flakes, since about three months of using. Every shower or bath, we have to pick out black paint flakes out of the water to keep it from going down the drain. The pieces are quite large. I've tried calling customer support, but each time I try there is a 45 minute wait. Wow. Not happy. Maybe we just got a bad item, but I can't even reach anyone to try a replacement. Icky.

Water pressure

It’s awesome but I don’t understand the buttons on the back and the water pressure changes when you use them.

Go with a more basic unit

Love the idea of 9 different spay types but ultimately I use 3 of them that are all on the basic unit that is just as nice and less expensive.

Looks nice, easy to keep clean but honestly I don’t feel a lot of difference between all the different spray settings and none of them are strong like the ultra cheap one I had before my renovation
