Leaks and Sprays

We have the exact same problem as Ds7232. It leaks from the top, and the water just sprays all over. We bought it in April, and it was installed about June. Within a few months we stopped using that shower. Where specifically should we request a warranty repair or replacement? Thanks

[Rewarded Review] After only a few uses it leaked around the seam...

After only a few uses it leaked around the seam on the top of the head, not at the threaded connection where teflon tape is used. There are 8 allen wrench screws on the top of the head which connects the nozzle unit to the upper unit. I even tried tightening each screw, lightly, and the head still leaks at multiple locations. The water flow is adequate to shower, but having to deal with this sort of poor assembly/construction is unacceptable. I will be returning it to Home Depot very soon. Based on this experience I will not be buying any more Delta products.

Disappointed in the Delta brand. We've had this Delta 8 in. Single Wall Mount Fixed Rain Shower Head for 6 days and already... one of the rubber heads have popped off and gone down the drain and another is now pointing sideways. I'm stunned that a Delta product is already having issues after less than a week of use.

We bought this for a bathroom remodel because of the cleaning feature and the flow rate. The arm is very heavy duty and is sure to be sturdy when installed. I would recommend this rain shower based on the quality.

When the bathroom renovation is done it will look amazing it is great quality and the contractor was impressed by the waterfowl of 2.5 and the fact the extension bar was included. I am glad it has the easy to clean head, is a delta (well known brand) and was on sale!

I haven’t gotten to use this yet but it looks very slick and the chrome is beautiful. My redo isn’t finished yet but it is up. YOu will be happy with this purchase.

Very well designed and manufactured

This is a solid, heavy, quality fixture. The ball joint attaching the head to the fitting appears very solid and well-made. The rubber nozzles are flexible and self-clean when you run your finger over them. Pressure from the head is a steady "rain can" type, not blasting, but a good, even flow across the whole shower head. I expected to get a high quality item at this price, and I was not disappointed.

The nicest shower head I have ever had. It drains completely when shower is turned off. The unit is quite heavy and the quality is superb. I would definitely purchase again. It is a sharp looking product, very classy. Easy to replace old head with....

Makes me feel like I am at an expensive hotel every day.
