Good Pan

Warped after first use

I normally buy Nordic Ware pans but heard good things about this USA Pan so I figured I would give it a shot. It wasn't until I got home that I realzied it was only oven safe to 450 (my fault but no biggie, just means that I won't use it for high heat cooking). I used it for the first time at 425 and it warped almost immediately. It did correct itself after time to cool but I do not want to use a pan that is going to pop up every time it gets hot, kind of defeats the whole purpose. Would not recommend at all.

Finally my cookies aren't burnt on the bottom cuz I got a silver pan instead of a dark color pan, also only cooked for 9 minutes. Success.

USA Pan with cooling rack is fantastic!

This half sheet pan with cooling rack is perfect for “frying“ bacon in the oven and having all the grease drain away, leaving the bacon absolutely crispy. I can’t wait to use it for other items, but I absolutely recommend all USA Pan bakeware!

Bake ware defect

Their Bakeware non stick surface comes off the ban. I bought 2 pans at Bed Bath & Beyond a few years ago and after little use, they do not hold up. Don't buy!

TERRIBLE!

This came in a sealed package and looked perfect. When I took it out of the sealed package the rim of the pan was VERY STICKY! I figured maybe because of the wrapping, so I had to wash it anyway. After I took it out of the dishwasher it was even MORE sticky! I'm not sure if this is on another pan set or I just got a dud.

Well packed and no damage. These pans are heavier than I thought. Great quality!

I bought this as a Christmas gift and was not disappointed. I was looking for professional chef-like quality and that is exactly what I received. I use it almost daily and it still looks fantastic. Be sure to follow the directions with regard to care.
