Sigh....

It is a beautiful towel rack & bar, but when I installed it, it does not adhere to the wall securely. Tried numerous times. Never had any problems installing other towel bars, etc. It has a design flaw on the backside of where it is supposed to attach to the wall. Returning.

These should work out perfectly next to the new modern mirror and light bar. Nice style and color is a good match with our new faucet. Will take photo when master bathroom is completed.

Bad design

Is not strong enough to hold towel. Had base solidly attached, had to use better anchors, theirs sucked. Then wobbled after tightening set screw, which eventually stripped. Junk, returning it and getting Kohler. Like how they have German name for China junk!

You won't be disappointed

We love the simple, timeless look of this towel bar. I love the practicality of possibility using it with a papertowel roll when I have guests. It is very professionally finished, and feels light making it less worrisome to install it on drywall vs. stud.

This, as well as the other Kraus towel and faucets I purchased are great. HIGH Quality and great modern look. Unfortunately this smaller bar did not work for my space so I had to return it, I ordered a Kraus double towel hook/knob instead. I promise you can not go wrong purchasing Kraus products.

Nice looking towel bar. We used the Ventus style bath accessories throughout our new house. At 50% off, I'd say they're acceptable. At full price, the quality is not there. The square mounting trim is slightly twisted on several bars & is difficult to remedy. I disassembled several & re-drilled mounting holes to straighten them. The prominent brand label stamped on them is less than ideal. They have a nice finish on them (we used black) & I like the style.

Builder installed it, but the arm started to drop. I took it apart and reinstalled it as tight as it would go. The arm drops less now, but it just isn’t solid. Perhaps it the design. The towel bar and toilet paper holder work well.

Very nice looking

Nice heavy duty. Looked nicer than in picture. Came in a reasonable amount of time. We were credited for one so we must not have received all of them. Would buy again. We're renovating to sell. Might get more for the home we're building!

These are chic and functional. I have in my bathroom for the hand towels, and just now ordered to more to put on the wall with the opening facing about six inches apart to hang rolled up regular towels. (due to wall space). Love them.

I got 2 chrome 10.5” towel bars for the inside...

I got 2 chrome 10.5” towel bars for the inside of the kitchen under sink cabinet doors. One door has a towel bar for a hand towel and the other door has a towel bar for a dish towel. The towel bars have enough distance from the cabinet surface so that I don’t need to worry about wet towels against the wood. And it’s nice having the towels stashed out of view.

Kraus makes an excellent product and this hand towel bar is no exception. Comes put together no assembly required and you just have to hold it to feel the quality. No issue with installation. So striking in our bathroom with the 18” bath towel bar to match.

Love this towel bar. Very sleek and looks beautiful in our remodeled bath. The towel bar is reversible. I have a very long dual sink vanity and wanted both towel bars to have the open side on the front. I was able to switch the hardware so that I could have the towel bar on the left and right side of the vanity and both have the opening on the same side.

Great towel bar for narrow spaces.

I bought this towel bar for a narrow (awkward) wall we have in our master bathroom. It fits perfectly!!! I was very hard to find something that would fit the space. Its sleek and modern looking. I ended up buying a matching toilet paper holder. Highly recommend!

Either it's a design flaw or is missing the proper installation pieces for it to work properly. As you can see, it only is connected to the wall on one side so it needs something sturdy to keep it upright. We could never get the arm to stay horizontal. It kept bending downward. *** Besides the product design flaw, a 30-day return policy is rarely acceptable terms for a new homeowner who purchases a product prior to the closing date, then moves in, then makes time (within 2 weeks) to install it.

Kraus hand towel bar is not only beautiful, and of excellent quality. It is different from all the other hand towel bars in the market which are usual in a loop shape. The price is reasonable. I was expecting a plastic one. Very satisfy with this product.

We like this short towel rack for our 34 bath where we have limited space. It resembles the hardware on our vanity, and we will probably have it attached to the right side of the vanity when it and the mirror and light are installed. It has a lovely finish and is quite heavy for its small size. Like that one end is open making towel hangingreplacing easier.
