Verilux white light lamp.

It's a great product and I was introduced to it by my wife as well as my physician. Set up on the table without taking much space. Use it couple of times a day and have seen an improvement in myself. I'll definitely recommend to all my friends/family.

Fantastic help for the winter (or summer) blues

I am very happy with this lamp, so much so that I bought more than one of them. The HappyLight helps my mood, especially used in an office setting on my desk to counteract the fluorescent lighting overhead. I also use them at home, and find that along with Vitamin D supplementation, are an important tool to counteract seasonal low mood. Recommend. The only problem area is the cord. It doesn't attach super securely to the lamp and comes out easily if stressed in any way. That could be improved. Otherwise, the lamp is great.

Get One!!

These are wonderful lights. I have this one and a tall floor model. I use them for quilting or anything I am sedentary for. Not only is the lighting amazing but the feeling better or more content is an extra bonus especially during the darker winter months. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with my new HappyLight Duo! Years ago I had a light box which I used for many years to help with the depression that can come with being a night shift nurse which was wonderful. Now retired, I find this lamp to be tremendous help as well for my vision! Would definitely recommended to a friend, especially anyone doing shift work.

Love this light! It is not a glaring bright light. I use it both in my office and to help see when I am knitting. I need to buy a second one!

The lamp has been a good way to ease into the shorter days of fall and winter, since it brings much-needed light. It's easy to operate, and has a design that fits into my decor. Reading through the user's manual helps to understand how best to use the lamp. Too early to tell if it is lifting my mood.

High quality, good light for reading

I’ve purchased two of these lamps and recommended them to other aging friends. The light is quite good, and the arm looks and bends nicely.

Fantastic but flimsy cord connection

This lamp is fantastic to the point that I am going to buy another one. There’s a noticeable improvement in my mood when I use it. But the connection between the cord and the lamp is flimsy and cannot stand up to much hard use or moving around. It’s a better lamp for when you wanna leave it in one place rather than moving around a lot. . Improving the strength of the cord connection, and the ability of the cord to stay plugged into the lab would help.

Excellent light but it failed

My Happy Light Duo had been working fine and I like it for reading. However, two days ago the light lost all functionality on its lefthand color hue adjustment button and the righthand light intensity button froze in one place instead of going up and down in brightness, and instead, adjusts the light color like the lefthand button used to do. I can still turn it on and off but it is now useless as a reading light.
