A pretty piece of junk

We bought a house with this range and it's failed twice in the past 4 years. Not to mention the door hinge problem and the glass slipping out of the clock face. It's awful. It's gorgeous but that's the only thing it has going for it!

I splurged on this oven when my house flooded and I did a kitchen remodel. I researched for weeks to find just the right one. It has given me so much trouble! Multiple calls to have it repaired within the first year. The cooktop is difficult to clean as well.

Looks so good. Just what I'm expected.

Trash - Do Not Purchase!

My new range started malfunctioning after only two weeks. The clock/digital display went haywire... flashing constantly and making an incessant clicking sound. The malfunction also caused the oven to fail. I would not recommend this range to anyone. Spend more to get a better brand.

Verona Prestige

Same problem as other owners. The oven door never closed tight and then one day the hinge just broke. Afraid I'm looking at buying a new stove soon because of a poor design. $2600 should get you better quality than this!

Great looking range for a great price. Our builder commented how great it looks. Can’t wait to use it after our remodel.

Beautiful range. A little noisy when operating the oven, but I will easily get used to that. Love it!

Door hinge failure

Its really not the door hinge failing on mine its the steel in the frame that is tearing you would have to replace the whole frame its connect to. Looks like used too thin a gauge steel to handle the door weight. When it rips all the way will have to replace .

I have replaced the door hinges 3 times now come on there must b a recall on the door hinges!!!!!

Worst ever

I have the same problem. The door totally failed. Replaced the hinges but the door still will not stay closed

Poorly built product

We've had this 36" dual fuel range for about five years and the oven door hinge has completely failed. Have owned many stoves in the past and the oven door is something that never, ever goes wrong! It appears this product was built on some alien planet, with no rhyme or reason as to how it is assembled. Now I have a non-usable range I paid $2600 for. Not a happy Verona owner nor a fan of A.J. Madison.
