First shower was amazing. In less than a week the neck snapped, fell on my husband's foot and busted the brand new caulking. Extremely disappointing. I spent a lot of time and money searching for quality and got something ultra disposable. Delta ought to be embarrassed to put this on their name on this. Now I can't even shower.

Delta is quality, so no surprises there. It took a little to figure out both the top head and the inserted one to know the water setting for each. I wish water pressure was better, but that very well might be our house issue and not the shower set.

Received open box. Not sealed or even taped. Pressure cap missing. Luckily plumber was able to make it work.

I haven’t installed this product yet but it was an amazing value for the quality you get.

Great pressure and choices of sprays

Plastic Cheap

Purchase in April 2024, but remodelling project didn't happen until late July. Mid September the whole shower head broke off. Upon inspection the whole device is plastic and is NOT brushed nickel as advertised. Took it back hoping for a replacement, but need to dismantle faucet, shower controls and shower pipe (which is in the wall). Completely unacceptable.

Can I give ZERO stars? Broke after 5 days of use.

Had Delta products installed when the house was build. Decided to stick with Delta products for the 2 bathroom remodel. The shower head broke after 5 days. Started leaking then snapped off. Not what I expected. It's really plastic made to look like metal. This product is junk and I wouldn't recommend. Home Depot made the return easy but the replacement doesn't match the set and Delta has discontinued the shower head. Bottom line Delta products aren't the same quality as in the past.

Classic Design

Very sleek design. Item has great contemporary details. The item was packed well and the shipping speed was faster than anticipated. Looking forward to installing the tub shower system to compliment my decor.

AWFUL

It looked good at first. The shower head was only used to rinse out the tub after a bath… three whole times. Unfortunately, the shower head is connected by a plastic piece. Sadly, we took our time putting the bathroom together and the return period is over. AVOID THIS! Read the other reviews… this happened to others too!

Poor quality

Fitting that connects the shower head to the neck that comes out of the wall broke after 2nd use. The whole shower head is inexpensive plastic. I expected better quality for the price.

Horrible design

As a remodel contractor I recommend Delta products all the time. So when I actually remodeled my own bath and used this product I have found that after completion and using this shower head for only a few days I realize that “I HATE THIS SHOWER HEAD”.

Finish peeling

Less than 2 months installed and finish on drain Is peeling. Additionally the drain closes with force of water. Not happy

Put this in our guest bath. It was a welcome and convenient addition because of the removable hand held sprayer. Looks great too.

Did not expect the entire product to be cheesy plastic for over $200. Not even going to bother installing. Cheap junk.

Valve is made from cheap plastic, which is very disappointing considering the price. Won’t buy again
