Love this Koehler Shower Head! My shower is now sensational! I can literally feel the strong flow and large droplets coming through. Highly recommend!

Great shower head.

We replaced a hand held shower head with this Kohler shower head. We love it. Easy to install. We love the spray pattern. We don't know why we waited so long.

Faulty Part

The ball joint issue with two different ones of these. One failed within 6mo - the second one failed within 2mo Not a reliable part

Great pricing, looks amazing & it works better than the high end shower head I had. Wished I saw this first before the head I paid three times as much. The color matches perfectly with my 10 year old accessories

Replaced one Kohler fixture with this KohlerPurist Shower Head. Cannot believe how much more water pressure this puts out.

Water flow is great but it leaks like crazy at ball joint

Like others mine leaks non stop from ball joint, I have to be careful not to turn it or three leak off the back will shoot over my shower wall and hit the bathroom walls. Not hot.

Poor quality control - same issue as other reviews

Less than a month after installation, I'm seeing the same issue of water leaking from the ball joint that is reported in multiple other reviews. Kohler's customer service was great in quickly setting up a replacement, but now that I'm looking through the reviews I have minimal confidence in the integrity of this product.

Leaky joint within 6 month

As a few other reviewers have noted, this showerhead developed a leak at the ball joint. The leak is internal to the joint. This shower has been in service about 6 months.

Leaking from ball joint after less then a year

I've been trying to figure out how to fix what i thought was a loose attachment but i have the same issue so many others do. The showerhead leaks between the ball joint and the head where there's a little hole. I'm guessing that's where the 'air induction' feature is supposed to be happening

It's a brave new 1.75 gpm world

My first 1.75 gpm in California and it's not bad. What they say is correct, bigger drops and not as wide a spray pattern. I liked it. For one of their top lines (Purist) the outer chrome shell feels like plastic though (what happened to Kohler quality?)

Regret this buy

Installed this shower head in our new home build (by a plumber) --- it leaked substantially around the ball joint above the head. Got it replaced and the new one does exactly the same thing. This, and a couple of other problems has tested my confidence in Kohler products.

Rain-forest pressure was not what I need or ordered

This shower set is beautiful however it is more of a rain-shower head than a normal pressure shower head. We are a household of long curly hair and must use the hand-held shower to rinse our hair.

Loud and little water

Had to purchase this bc we were short on time. It swivels nicely all around but the pros end about here. It’s does the job but very loud and water pressure is not strong. If you can, spend a few more bucks and do better

Not off to a good start

I installed this showerhead about 3 weeks ago. This week, I noted that water was spraying out of the top onto the wall. A brief investigation revealed that the ball joint was leaking. I have requested a replacement, and will see how it goes. I have to say, while it looks nice, and the spray (from where it is supposed to come out) is fine, I expected better quality from a brand like Kohler.

Ball joint is leaking! Ugh.

I’ve had this for about a year and the ball joint started leaking within weeks. It only leaks in certain positions so I didn’t realize it’s been leaking this whole time until recently.

Poor design and functionality

I have had Kohler replace this head and/or parts twice now. The same problem is still happening where the water sprays out the top where it's connected to the 'neck' of the wall mount. Each time I was advised about the 'hole' in the top of the shower head be lined up. My plumber did this each time and we still have an issue. Now the drywalled ceiling of the shower is being damaged because of water spraying up there . There must be a solution!! The air induction feature is apparently not a good design. What am I supposed to do?? I'm happy to attach pictures of the ceiling if need be.

This is a great shower head. I bought one and I liked it so much I bought a second one. It's as close to a rain shower head as you can get in a standard.

Exactly as described. High quality, looks great, great pressure. The actual pressure is a little lower than I like, but it has a very full feeling. We are VERY happy with this purchase and will probably get another for our second bathroom.
