Excellent product
Product will fail eventually
I have had to replace this three times within a year. Eventually the handle will wear down and won’t be able to shut off the water.

Shower Valve Replacement
Replaced old Kohler shower valve having a rounded and notched handle with a newer valve with lever handle. Necessary because the rounded handle had become too hard to operate. Very watisfied with the lever operated valve.

This faucet was the closet I found to replace my old faucet. The old one seized and had to be replaced during renovations. I did not want the plain, modern look for my home. It’s difficult to find hardware that matches those from prior decades. This one is a good option.

Haven't installed it yet, but it seems fine.
I have been trying to return this item because it will not work with my plumbing, and have run into many roadblocks on your return site which wants to charge me $75 to return it. All I need is a return label and your site does not give me that option.
