I bought two of these rugs. They have been in use for close to two months. This review is for the 9x12 rug. It is horrendous. It arrived in a box. Folded as advertised. A paper enclosed said it could take time for the creases to smooth out. False! After two months it will not lay flat. No matter what I do. I've tried multiple recommended solutions. and 2 different types of rug pads, rug tape, rug corners. Nothing works. Two months is well beyond the time it should take for it to lay flat. Returning it will cost me over $*! This has been a very dissatisfying and costly purchase.
