Kohler Quality Control is Terrible
Yesterday I wrote a review on the defective faucet. Today, I come home from work hoping to use the pot filler that was installed but NOPE I got a defective pot filler. The top water valve handle just spins in circles. I am going to try to add the video. Smart move Kohler don’t let anyone demonstrate the terrible quality but this handle just spins in a circle. Still have not heard from Kohler Customer Service nor Build.com about what they are going to do.

Even more beautiful in person! A little pricey for a pot filler, but it definitely completes the aesthetic of our new kitchen!

It came apart!
We use the pot filler occasionally, maybe once a month, added water to a dish today, swung it back to its normal position and the top bar (with spigot) can apart. Luckily I was turning of the lower tap so very little water sprayed out.
