Faucet arrived broken/ support has been slow to fix

The faucet arrived broken and I have been waiting for 2 months for a replacement part to be shipped out

Newport Brass Faucet

All in all, its a nice faucet. It seems very well made. Time will tell. However, for $1000.00 you would think the spray button would not be made out if plastic and I shouldn't have to turn it off and on again to turn off the sprayer. Because if that it only gets 3 stars.

Great style poor spray

Love the look but the pressure is low while spraying. Also after turning it off it drips twice. I need a second faucet for pantry. Was going to buy same faucet but smaller. Now I think I’ll shop for a different brand and if it works out just replace this. You think by paying more you would get a better product but NO. Also the soap dispenser is a piece of junk. One pump ok. Anything more it take a bit for pump to raise itself. And it’s not a true pump more like a dribble

Looks great. Only note is that I thought the pull down feature would automatically retract but you have to feed it back in.

Great product like all Newport Brass items

The quality of Newport Brass is excellent. I like this unit a lot the only thing I don’t like is the design of the pull out sprayer. It has a hinged mechanism inside the sprayer which gives it more maneuverability but also prevents it from easily retracting all the way inside the faucet. The hinge has to be straight for it to retract fully. This is a small issue for an otherwise excellent unit.

Not installed yet, so can't speak to the function of the faucet. But it sure is beautiful. Heavy and well made. I can't wait to have it installed in my new kitchen. Looking forward to seeing the natural patina as the brass ages.

It's ok

Iffy on this faucet. We got it in black - you should know that there will be a gray plastic disc where the handheld meets the rest of the faucet, which is kind of an eyesore, and detracts from the sleek look. Also the position of the handle at rest seems so odd - it's not straight up or at 90 degrees, it actually tilts backwards toward the wall, so you have to make the effort to put it in the straight up/down orientation yourself each time.

I think this product has been replaced by a newer model. I have a lot of problems with it. (1) it constantly drips and this cannot be fixed (per my communication with manufacturer) (2) magnetic docking does not work well (3) weight is not heavy enough and the pipe inside is ribbed so you have to push it back up when you use the sprayer (4) there is very limited water pressure, it supposedly abides by the 1.8 water pressure but there is even less water than my bathroom faucets.

Really pleased with the overall design and solid feel of this faucet.
