Would order with caution!

Packages were delivered completely torn open (considering how much I paid in freight shipping I would assume some care would be used) so I inspected the light fixtures. They initially looked like there was no damage but once they were hung up above my head and had electricity connected so that light bulbs lit up the inside you could see multiple creases/bends and scratches on the inside gold foil. I sent in an inquiry to customer service and over a month later still haven't heard any response. They look great from the outside and are a real statement but I would use caution ordering.
