Looks nice and works well. Warms up to a good temperature. The only minus is that it doesn't shut off after a certain time - would be nice to have. Still 5 stars

Love the look and was better than I expected. I was hoping for a visual thermostat on it . It did not say if it did or did not have one. It does not. I will learn to live with that.

Beautiful to look at...but not warm enough.

Love the look of this towel warmer, but it stops there. I had high hopes for this towel warmer with dreams of a cozy warm towel as I step out of my shower...this is not the cases. It warms slightly. I went back and read the product info looking to see if I was missing something. It is supposed to warm 120 to 140 degrees F. I didn't find a control for the temp:(. I also tried putting the towel on the warmer in different ways but the towels just aren't getting warm as I expected.

Doesn’t dry anything. Super bootleg low heat dryer, we have it on 24/7 and it still wont make the towel warm. Its past 30 day, wish it wasnt. Trash

It's perfect for our bathroom remodeling project. Size is perfect. The black matte will match all the hardware in the new bathroom. We love the modern look of the warmer.

Absolutely love this piece. Artistic design and a towel rack that heats up, makes a great addition to the bathroom.
