It arrived on time and was packed very well. We are in the process of having it installed and it is very sturdy. So far we would give it 5 stars.

Originally, the shower pan came with a broken corner. It was heavy and well made quality-wise and arrived a day early. Wayfair was able to send a replacement for the broken shower pan, so giving 5 stars.

Everything about this is exactly what I needed AND the price point beat the box stores!

So much better than a tile pan. Solid heavy duty - yet super bright white and easy to clean. No grout to discolor or leak or wash away. Gave me a great foundation to build my new shower !

The pan is what I needed bit with the very rough shipping it came in with a damaged corner. The box was handeled so rough that it containd several holes torn into it.

We love the color! Have not installed yet but should be beautiful with my tile.

Not as supportive as I thought it would be. With heavy bed of cement it is ok though. Nice finish.

use mortar, not foam

Instructions on type and amount of foam to use were too vague. Didnt add enough so it was creaky and no way to fix it. Use plastic to protect subfloor and shower pan. Now its stuck to the floor so we have to bust it out and buy a new one. Will be using mortar for the next one.

This is a great shower base. Heavy duty.

Wrong pan shipped

After waiting 3 extra days from the original shipment date, got the product home after a 2 hour round trip to the store and it was the wrong drain pattern. I ordered a left hand drain and it was a right hand drain.

Item arrived with a missing foot that apparently was knocked of during delivery since the box showed a hole at same spot. I question the quality.

Don't know how they shipped this, but it took a horrible beating! The bottom is cracked and the top as well. Of course, now that we are getting around to opening the package, it's beyond return or help date! I don't think I'd buy this type of item from Wayfair again. If I had bought this at a box store, I could have returned the damaged item no matter what date. Perhaps I would have gotten a credit, but that works as well. Not very happy with this purchase.

The shower pan’s material is thick and there are six built in supports underneath! I wasn’t expecting this for the price. This I was definitely worth purchasing.

Great Shower Base

Excellent quality and looks great. Installed perfectly. It does need foam insulation under the base for added stability just as in the instruction.
