Easy to install works great

This is the biggest piece of crap toilet I have ever purchased. Do yourself a favor and buy ANY other brand name or even NON brand name toilet. I have had nothing but problems with the Vormax garbage and because of that I will be a KOHLER man from now on.

Only needed the lid and the design was different from the original of the same model.

Awful

Not a good design. If you use a plunger to try to clear a clog, the dirty water from the bowl goes up into the tank.

Seals constantly leak and have to be replaced

The toilet looks great and works fine; however, the seals in the tank have to be replaced about every 3-4 months. It's a nuisance to have to replace these seals not to mention the cost of the replacement parts.

You've got to be kidding me!

Pic shows the whole set. Well low and behold ONLY the tank. Description misleading. Other tanks sold shows...A Tank!

Vormax toilet tank-American Standard

I was pleased that Lowes could ship and deliver this product (Vormax Toilet) to my home address. The product was very well protected from shipping damage. Even though the Vormax toilet is not exactly the same as the one being replaced (model no. 4270A vs 4385A) I was told by customer service at American Standard that these toilet (tanks only) are interchangeable.

Tank works great, matching bowl not so well

Love the VorMax toilet tank that rushes water to clean the bowl so well. We've had one for about 2 years and love it. Toilet stays so clean with the way the water rushes into the bowl. We just redid 2 bathrooms with the VorMax units and one has problems with the bowl. It occasionally back flushes and water comes up and hits my bottom! And, since you're flushing, as you can imagine the water is not clean!! I called American Standard and they say the bowl is likely defective and they will replace it. However, I have to hire a plumber to come out and install which is expensive! Especially after having just remodeled 2 bathrooms. On the fence about how to handle the problem.

Bought the whole toilet!

Excellent system like the way it flushes fast and with less water. I purchased the entire toilet but it was shipped in two pieces from two locations.
