Eber backflush toilet

The original toilet and box was damaged during delivery. Signature Hardware immediately shipped me a replacement. Excellent customer service. I am very happy with the toilet, but do not like the toilet seat. It has some new type fastener attaching it to the base. Difficult to attach, light weight fasteners and unattached itself on one side after 2 days.

Great value and style

Toilet is stylish and well made. I have two complaints: 1. Very low water in the bowl. 2. The seat provided is complete junk (ordered a new one and love it). Overall it’s a great choice. Product was delivered in 3 days and it was 28% less than all local suppliers.

TAKE APART TANK BEFORE INSTALL

For the love of — I assembled, tested, got flooded, disassembled, reassembled, read instructions, bought an entire new gasket set — four iterations of installing and uninstalling this toilet before I realized (nowhere was it mentioned in instructions nor specifications) that the interior tank pieces, which appeared to come pre-installed in the tank, had a plastic washer installed on the interior, which goes on the exterior (also mentioned now where, for the center flush piece), that has to be relocated to the exterior so you can seat the mechanisms appropriately on their rubber portions with the plastic washer on the exterior, so you don’t get water leaking all over you despite your nest tank seating efforts. I nearly sobbed with joy and frustration and fury when I finally figured this out. Great toilet. Horrible, horrible, cruel, unusual, evil lack of direction leading to near abyss of dismay. And out $15 extra for the new gasket set, and a lot of time spent cursing and cleaning water and removing and reattaching tank. And now I see it is $70 less than when I bought it. So stressful. Lovely now that it finally finally works. Please fix the instructions!!!!

Ebler Dual Flush European

I just purchased this toilet and I loved it when it arrived however two things were different about this toilet. First of ADA was not tall enough for us but the second problem was the toilet seat. It was loose and flimsy so we replaced it. Otherwise we like it.

Perfect for basement

Rear discharge is perfect for basement so we didn’t have to completely reroute plumbing or build a literal throne. Nice toilet. Works as it should.

Maybe good for Europe

I had to buy a water valve so I could connect it to the water supply the one that came with does not work different size maybe metric

Purchased on a Monday and received on Friday. Easy assembly with any knowledge of toilets. Very nice unit. No instructions with unit.

Very Hard and expensive to Install

This is a rear outlet toilet, please do not buy unless you know how to install a rear outlet toilet. Save yourself the stress, Signature Hardware will not pay to cover shipping these back, it's a $130 to ship 2 toilets back FYI.
