Waste King 5000TC disposal easy installation and quieter than some.

This is the second Waste King disposal I have purchased and installed. They do live up to the hype. Easy to install, works like it should. Recommend highly.

Impressed by noise reduction.

The installation was straight forward. Replaced a 20 yr old Insinkerator that finally died. The Legend is lighter and quieter. Performance is on par or better.

Powerful and quiet

This product was exactly what I wanted. Works very well and has a powerful motor.

Batch Feed is Better! Great Machine

Works great. You actually don't need the extra air switch people put on garbage disposals. The clever batch feed plug handles all the on/off switching. It also allows you to leave the plug in a "float" type mode where you can allow water to pass by, but keeps out the silverware!

Thiis Waste King disposal (L-5000TC) is actually a batch feed-- as indicated on the shipping carton. That is exactly what I needed but the mislabeling on the item description could cause confusion. I had it installed by a licensed plumber and it is not completely straightforward. It is also a bit difficult to start compared to my previouds batch feed disposal . It is a nice silver grey and much better looking than the picture. Finally, I am still trying to determine warranty coverage as the shipping carton proclaims a 10 year warranty but there is no information inside the box.

A breeze to install.

Was an awesome experience to install it. I had no experience in plumbing at all. Follow the instruction and in less of half hour was up and running.
