Fake hose

They have the fake plastic rubber hose and it’s not flexible, this product is so fake and cheap costing was more than advertised

Didn’t think it would work as well as it does with the low price but it works perfectly.

Odor is awful!

We thought the odor from the plastic hose would fade over time. Gosh no. It's still as awful as the day we bought it. It triggers migraines if you're sensitive to any kind of smell and it doesn't seem healthy to be in the same room with and the odor lingers outside of the bathroom especially when hot water has gone through it, like it steams the smell out further. I would not recommend at all.

I guess I didn't realize how nice the one I had was before I bought this one.. it works and it's fine but it has totally useless different type shower sprays.... like my last one had a facial mist this one you can turn and it has different sprays but they don't do anything other than spray smaller quantities of water there's nothing special about it... I thought by the name waterpik it would be really good but it's just really average.

Don't Buy It!

The name of this particular shower head is very misleading. It is called a "Powerpulse Massage" but in fact only one of the six modes is an actual pulsating massage. The other five settings are like a regular shower head. You have to really stuggle with both hands to get the head free from the base each time you use it. The hose is too short and is stiff and unbending. Not flexible at all. I've owned multiple pulsating shower heads and this is the absolute worst I've ever gotten. I would have returned it but threw away the packaging before I realized what a disappointment this one is. When I can afford to, I will buy another brand that I know is good quality. This one certainly isn't.
