I love these shower heads. They are incredibly reliable. They are one unit so you can bring it anywhere. It installs by hand(!). The old hardware may need a wrench. But these do not.

Difficult packaging

The product is good but the packaging is very difficult. I'm surprised that I didn't cut myself trying to extract the product from the packaging.

Great shower head. Really good for tall people as the hose adjusts the height. Very gentle rain head, gives a thorough rinse. Second one that we purchased last one stayed at our old home.

The Only Showerhead I Ever Want

This is the best shower head I ever had. About 15 or 20 years ago I bought this shower head and when it came time to update our bathroom we were buying new fixtures and I bought a different kind of shower head......HATE IT! When I was in the store looking around they didn't have the shower head on the shelf that's why I bought a different shower head thinking it would be good enough. Well after I hated the other shower head I went online and that's where I saw my beloved waterpik shower head this particular one with a long adjustable neck. Now over the years yes the neck does get where it won't hold the shower head up if you always constantly move the shower head up and down but I had a cup hook in the wall and I'm just a long stretchy rubber band to hold it up and you can still move it back and forth and around and around and it made it last good four or five more years. I was so blessed to find this online that I ordered two and I hope and pray that I never have to live my life without the shower head. I really love the way that it rinses your body quick it rinses your long hair quick. my husband even rinses his razor when he shaves in the tub with it that's how good it sprays. I also know that it saves water too even though it has great water flow because I got a very small water heater now and I was so afraid that this shower head would run out the hot water but it doesn't I leave the water restrictor on there so that my hot water heater doesn't run cold on me. Anyways this is a fantastic shower head in fact I think it's waterpik that makes the best shower heads I don't care how much money you spend this is the brand waterpik.

Best I've ever had...for the most part

This is the 2nd of these we've purchased. After years of being less than happy with our purchase we went back to this. These are just impossible to beat if you want a rain type head. My only objection, and the reason for four stars rather than five is installation. The instructions say you don't need pipe tape. Maybe that was true on their pipe but it sure wasn't on ours. Regardless of how tight it was It still leaked at the connection until it was taped. Otherwise it's great.

Great Shower Head! Strong pressure - Easy Install

Excellent Shower head. Invigorating and refreshing (spa like feeling). It was very easy to install just about few minutes. It is very easy to set for different persons' heights with the flexible arm. It might be just a bit challenging to reach to set your height if you are a short person and a tall person was showering before you (not a big problem though)

You will love this product.

The love the way it is above my head and not slanted. The water does come out so harsh and there are two ways to use it. If you have a troubling spot say on your neck. The direct pressure will help message it out. It is very durable. I know this because I had one for about 10 years. I tried another style recently and was like nope! I had to find the exact one I had. LOVE IT!

Wish the hose was longer but, really like the waterfall...

Wish the hose was longer but, really like the waterfall shower head . I am short & can't adjust the shower head lower so I can reach the button to change the spray. I have the brace myself & stand on my tip toes to reach it, which I don't feel safe doing. The hose is so short you really can't adjust it, otherwise I like it. Make a longer hose & it would be great.
