The color was as pictured. They look good installed. Definitely an inexpensive option, so I’m not sure how long they will last. A bit fragile; one arrived broken and had to be returned/reodered.

These were easy to install I used the shutter buttons and the old shutters as a template to drill the holes in the new ones. Then push the shutter button through the hole and tap tap on the house and done easy peasy. Girl power!

They look much better than the white ones that preceded them (and that 90% of the neighbors have) in an elegant, more aesthetically-pleasing way. However, I do wish the shade had been a deeper, richer black: these are a flat, matte black, with no sheen or depth. I also wish they had come 15 inches in width rather than 14.5 inches: subtle, but would have made a difference.

They have proven to be satisfactory a little less sturdy than expected Delivery was excellent

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Shutters are Not 14.5” x 75” as advertised!!! They were 14” x 74”. We Had no other choice but to have to use them and this caused additional holes to have to be drilled in our brick. You need to change the size and show exact correct size they really are. We ordered 5 pair. Only 3 pair were shipped with hardware/fasteners. The painters came 10/7/2024 to hang the shutters and were not aware of the missing hardware until they got ready to hang the last 2 pair. The painters now have to come back to complete the job once we get the additional hardware. We will not receive the additional hardware for another 12 days (due to receive on 10/19/2024) therefore causing them and us a hardship. I’m not happy about any of this. This should not have happened!!! I feel Home Depot should compensate us for all this unnecessary hardship and stress.

Shutters were easy to install. They came with 2 different types of screws..plastic and metal ones. Color is beautiful. We would purchase them again in the future.

Product was as expected. Ordered online first oder wrong size . Reordered 2nd time wrong color. Customer service was excellent helped us return ordered products until we got the right ones.

Color not as pictured! They are purple and not the deep red pictured. Home Depot used to sell in store but now only offered on line as ‘special order’ so I’m stuck having to paint them. Very disappointing…

The shutters are lightweight, feel flimsy but do the job. We painted them in grey and attached to the siding with long screws. The provided screws are for decoration, you will need to buy actual screws on your own. Looks great once installed.

They Look clean and elegant on my front windows. Very Happy with them.

They were cheap. Poor quality if you are looking for something good. If you don’t really care then I am sure they are fine but they were not for me. With that said for the price I guess they would make someone happy.

Great replacement for what we had!

I purchased these as replacements for older shutters that had weathered. These are made much thinner, more flimsy and have even buckled on one of the louvers when installed.

I was expecting a little heavier gauge material. Otherwise, product was as expected.

Product was fine. A little heavier gauge would make them excellent.

The shutters are cheap looking and what's worse is that they didn't provide any mounting instructions. The fasteners that came with the shutters cannot be used on concrete or stucco. Not predrilled for mounting. I am returning them.
