The directions for assembly are a bit vague but can be figured out with a little patience. The workbench itself once assembled is exactly what I wanted. Sturdy and stylish.

Sturdy and quality is good!

Workbench took longer to put together for one person then they estimated. I was shorted on some bolts, nuts and washers. I drove 240 miles roundtrip to my daughters to put this together and when I called them about the missing parts all they would say is "sorry about that". It took 2 weeks and another 240 miles roundtrip to get the replacement parts and then they wrote down the wrong address, so the post office almost sent it back. Thanks heaven the post office sent me an email and I was about to have them hold them for pick up. Home Depot service was great, but this will be the last time I buy anything product from WEN.

Item delivered on time. Very heavy box, setup was easy, At times you will need a second person.

Poor instructions and missing parts

Very frustrating. Kit was missing parts and instructions are poorly written and confusing. Screws were machined poorly and it was often difficult to thread the nuts onto the screws.

could be made a little stronger have a brighter light adjustable foot pegs for unlevel floors

The assembly instructions could have been clearer and there were some small fit issues but overall will serve it's purpose.

Get what you pay for.

I bought this because it was on sale, and I had been looking for a workbench for the basement. Every single part was covered in dust and scratches. EVERY ONE. The packing box had protection around the outer edge, but that was absolutely it. That could explain all the scratches and dings, but not the dust. Overall it's a cheap bench that does feel cheap. Thin metal and cheap hardware. I'm not going through the hassle of returning it, so it will just be a beater bench.

This workbench is not as sturdy as expected.

The work bench was pretty simple to assemble, 2 people is recommended. Pretty sturdy once it is all together, the only issue I had was the drawers almost not being wide enough to slide in the glides. I eventually got them both to work but it took some time. All in all I would recommend this product for the price you pay.

Instructions were so confusing. Took 4 hours to do by myself. Left drawer keeps falling out. But it works for what I need it too.
