Was remodeling a bathroom and shower and decided to tile. Rather than build a shower pan I decided to buy a pre-fabbed one. After reading the reviews online, I settled on this Craft + Main 48 X 34 inch base. Love it! It's well-made, reinforced in all the right places, and looks like it'll hold up well.

nice unit. packed well. Made is china though. Likely would have supported an amarican manufacturer if i had known that

PROFLO Low Profile happiness!

The PROFLO low profile pan has meet all the needs for an easy access shower. It is easy for my elderly father to step into, does not have a slippery floor surface, providing him a worry-free showering experience. The contractor has installed several of them since mine and loves how easy they are to install. The quality of the pan is great. It is constructed well giving the feel of sturdiness. I was skeptical about the wider edge around the tiled walls for cleaning purposes, but it is a dream to keep clean.

Nice sturdy shower pan

After purchasing two damaged shower pans from the box stores, I took a chance on the Hammond pan. It arrived within 3 days and was packaged properly (double boxed and the pan had protective plastic layer) and arrived without damage. Install was friendly, I believe I’m the actual width was 1/4” shorter than expected but had no issues. Drain lined up as expected, plastic layer was really great during install in protecting pan from mortar and grout. Pan is very sturdy, does not give at all while showering. Pretty good traction on floor, can become a little slick if you use a lot of soap. I would buy again, the pan has more of a solid feel to it than the ones on the shelf at the box stores.
