first tub was damaged during shipping but Wayfair replaced with undamaged one. Clean lines.

Kohler quality is lacking

Bought the underscore tub based on reviews of all comparable tubs. Once I received I did inspection and all seemed well. After installed I was able to see daylight through the backside (other side wasn't finished yet). For what this tub cost its unreal to me this is what you get. I see I'm not the only one. Too late to return. Going to see if I can reinforce with fiberglass mat

Underscore Tub delamination

Had a the bottom of an Underscore tub start to delaminate within 6 months. Kohler usually very good about backing their products. Tech came out to confirm the problem so waiting to hear back from them now. Will update.

The tub packaged well and came in perfect condition. Size is a great, beautiful tub!

This tub is beautiful- I love the modern lines and the extra deep soak I get from the added depth and the position of the drain.

It’s perf! When sitting it’s up to my shoulders deep. Came with not a single scratch or chip and my contractor said it was a “good product” (and he’s pretty picky lol).

Nice modern-looking tub. Installation pretty smooth. Haven’t used yet as remodel is still in process but looks great so far. Seems like a great soaking tub and really like the non-slip bottom.

DO NOT BUY!!

What a nightmare! It’s a beautiful looking tub but the material is HORRIBLE!! I’ve already had to replace two tubs after they were installed only to discover defects on the floor of the tub that caused bumps and air pockets making the bottom of the tub uneven. Kohler offers replacements due to defects but I would not buy this product as it’s been costly to have to have my contractor have to rip out tile and glass on the tub not once but twice.

It came broken and they wouldn’t just send a replacement for me to exchange so they lost $1300 I ordered from Kohler and it came in perfect condition I love the tub

My tub arrived in a previously opened box, so your staff and I checked for damage and it looked ok. Then when my contractor unpacked it, the front corner was smashed. There was styrofoam covering the corners and the corners of the box were fine. Obviously this damaged tub was repackaged and sent to Alaska for my special order. Very disappointing.

Very pretty tub! Deep soaking tub. Doesn't really have back support if you are looking to soak for a long time. Overflow drain has to have a specialized part that you need to order at same time you order tub.

I haven't had this installed yet, but I purchased this bathtub for my guest bathroom remodel. I wanted a soaking tub that would fit in the alcove and this tub was one of the few tubs with a deeper soak that would fit the space. You do have to order the Clearflo slotted overflow and drain kit separately, so keep that in mind when you order your tub. I purchased a black overflow and drain kit with PVC pipe, but a metal pipe version is also available. The back of the tub doesn't seem to have much recline, but I can't speak to the comfort of this tub until I have it installed. I can say that it's a beautiful looking tub in person and I feel like this will be even more gorgeous once installed.

The tub as installed without using mortal (per the instructions, the mortar is optional and not required) The legs have been verified to make contact with the base and we can visually see the tub bending near the drain as weight is put on it. The tub appears not to be rigid enough for install without additional support.

Probably one of the worst choices in my entire life. I order the more expensive product, it gets delivered defective twice and I'm currently awaiting the 3rd attempt and I have an email that they lost the product upon delivery. I would not recommend Kohler and now because of the delivery issues, I'm highly unlikely to recommend Home Depot.

Drain hoole is too big.

I regret the day I stumbled upon this bathtub online. The recommended drain from Lowes for this bathroom Model #K-7272 is too small.
