As inexpensive as the item is, I did not have really high hopes for performance but I was pleasantly surprised. The spray pattern and volume is great. Good purchase.

Nice piece, excellent value

No leaks, assembles easily, feels good in the hand. The bracket seems like it will last and not crack into pieces during use. I would not put much stock in the "seven settings" but you do get variations on a nice standard shower, plus a more forceful flow out of a smaller set of holes/pores, and an "off" or "pause." The dial to choose settings works smoothly and, at least for now, gives you a click. Highly recommended.

Shipping and time were fine but the unit could not be installed as the bracket that holds the shower head was frozen in place. Could not loosen it to adjust hanging angle. Had to use another bracket bought from HD earlier that I had not taken back yet. Plan on returning the part to HD near me for replacement. But have been EXTREMELY BUSY, too busy to write reviews actually.

This is a nice handheld shower head. However, it's a relatively mild/weak spray at 1.75GPM. I found that the same exact shower head is available as a 2.5GPM. I purchased it in chrome, item #75700. Looks identical as far as shower head, spray patterns, hose, mount, etc., just delivers a more powerful spray. I guess that's a personal preference. The 2.5GPM model I would rate as "Excellent".

This was a good purchase. It works great and was fairly easy to install once I got the shower head off. I would definitely purchase again.

Perfectly simple

My only complaint is the spread. I'm a pretty thin guy and it hits just the back. The one it replaced hit the arms as well. If you have an open shower, though, this may be beneficial. Installation was a breeze. Quality is good. And the limiter pops right out for when you need to clean it. ;)

I replaced the buy with another one from ACE.

I was concerned the stainless steel cord would chip our fiberglass shower stall as it would hit against it, so I returned the shower-head.

Lasted 10 weeks, won't buy again

Delta isn't what it usd to be. As for performance, I think this unit was OK - not great, not terrible, but adequate. My biggest complaint was the lack of pressure from the spray. We are on city water with good pressure throughout the house.

Quite the value! If you want more gpm remove the tiny o-ring on the base of the shower head. Installs in minutes by hand with no tools. Add teflon tape for a leak free install. Bought four of them and all work well.

Works great and lasts!

I have had this for years and love it. I was just online trying to locate one for my husband's shower. I didn't click the multiple settings in this review just because I tend to leave it on the regular setting. But for me the main thing is that it lasts--no leaks, nothing breaking. Delta products were lousy for a while there, I know; I reluctantly picked this model up after being fed-up with shower heads that didn't last very long. I was looking for something mostly made with metal parts and here was this Delta. I guess they got better because this thing is awesome! Easy to install, and really helps control our water usage, yet also has good pressure.
