Great advice and 100% functionality

Track lighting fixtures out of the box have had about 80% reliability in my experience - WAC has a 100% hit rate, and I received great advice from Brian as to which model to choose to replace some discontinued units. WAC lighting new model consistent with discontinued model, clipped into track and all units worked on arrival. Liked the old design better, but this one will do fine.

Sleek and Cool

I bought these lights along with related items (track, canopy plate, etc.). This is a nice system. It looks much sleeker than many track lights and we love the low-heat but high light intensity of the LED lamps. Would buy again!

Good light w/o bulk

I bought a bunch of these WAC 826 fixtures 8+ years ago and I've been quite happy with them. I recently ordered a few more and this review is regarding that latest purchase. Functionally I am still happy -- the new units are as easy to install and bright as the units that I purchased in the past. The only minor functional difference is a small delay when turning on the track. The old units fire up instantly, but the new ones take a second or two. Aesthetically, the new units look a little different -- the color and shape of the base are both different, though the portion that holds the bulb looks about the same. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of if you are mixing old and new 826 fixtures on the same track. Overall, a very nice fixture that throws a lot of light without being too bulky. Less

Nice look and good quality.

Just what I expected. The lights have a good look and snapped into place easily. I used three of them to light up a small size kitchen island.

Handsome and simple

I'm very happy with the Model 826. One thing I did not anticipate was that the design is open behind the bulb, but with the bulb I used (Ushio) there was an interesting but subtle pattern cast behind the fixture as well as to the front. Beautiful.

This lamp has worked well in our apartment. I think you will like it too. Very simple and basic. Good price - I looked around several sites.

Works well and looks good.

This was a replacement for some existing track lighting in my home. The new unit has an updated design which looks much better than the original. After purchasing the first unit, I came back for a few more. The delivery service experience has been excellent.

Excellent and Stylish Accent Light

The WAC Lighting track lights are excellent for accent lighting. We use them over the kitchen sink area for additional lighting, making food preparation easier. They look stylish and modern.

Needed a replacement and wanted an extra

We have two long strings of 826's. They have been problem free, except for one that died. I performed an autopsy on the dead fixture to see if all of the wires were still connected. They were. I suspect the transformer bit the dust. We have had the lights (nearly 20 of them) for almost 5 years. I can accept one death in 20 in that time frame, with sadness.
