This bracket was pretty easy to install and seems to be pretty sturdy. Overall I would rate it five stars for its sturdiness, but it could’ve been easier to install on the window. For the price of the bracket it’s pretty inexpensive if you want to make sure your air conditioner is secure in the window. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends if they are ever in need of installing an air conditioner on their apartment in the future!

The bracket was difficult to install. I had to screw it to a board and screw the board to the windowsill to make it work.

Perfect item! I have always been to scared to have my window unit tilted backwards without support. So, you can imagine my delight when I received the survey to qualify. This bracket holds my window unit at a tilted position so that the runoff does not sit in the unit. I would definitely purchase. Great value.

This brace holds up our 6,000 BTU Air Conditioner in the upstairs window. It is very sturdy and looks great = blends in with our siding. Was easy to install even for non professional handi-people.

The first one I bought, I had to return because it was missing a piece. The second time, the pre-drilled hole was too small for the included peg to fit through. The instructions are horribly unclear and it’s a garbage product. Same your time and money and find another bracket.

These braces worked REALLY well! We used them to hold up a large AC/Heater unit. Feels absolutely solid. We ended up painting them to match our buildings. No issues at all

Surprising the bracket was a Home Depot product so I had some hope that the product would work good. I can’t attest to if the product works well for long but so far it is good and the price point is reasonable too.

I used the AC bracket on my small AC unit and it is holding up well. It is easy to install. It seems durable for a small AC unit. I would recommend it to family and friends.

The item itself is well-made but the instructions are lousy. The sheet that comes with it is low quality & the images are hard to follow. Their web address sends you to the item at Home Depot. The online instructions have (not much) clearer pictures and reference a nonexistent spring. A big photo of the assembled unit would’ve helped.

Instructions were not easy to follow. Need better pics & printing errors made it a bit confusing. Readjusting to get level was a bit challenging.

This bracket is too flimsy if you have a side-sliding window. It may be fine for a shash type window.

Packaging states its a universal product, however this does not work with all units. Itdid not adequately fit the unit properly. Returned item for refund.

The installation of this product was very easy. They designed it very well. I believe the durability of this product will last a very long time. I'm glad I learned about this product.

First line of instructions: Not recommended for sliding windows. Should have been on outside of box.
