I already REVIEWED this PIECE of CRAP---you obviously don't regard "negative" Reviews too much--since you're asking me to REVIEW it AGAIN. Basically the manager "steered" me down the wrong path--invested $17 in an item which had NOTHING to with resolving or fixing my issue! You folks OWE me $17.00--how's THAT for a "Review"?

Angled swivel worked perfectly

This worked perfectly to counter the bend in the shower pipe so i could connect my auxiliary shower hose vertically. The swivel allowed me to connect in a tight space.

I will be ordering more from them.

For uses in shower. Had to replace old one it was frozen to a bad shower head. Could not fine it at the store where I use to get it. Zoro had it and order it and got it fast. Will be ordering from them again.

This clear plastic connector, and the accompanying clear plastic pin, should both be metal.

The clear plastic connector piece can break if dropped, so I think the clear plastic piece should be metal. Similarly, the clear plastic pin that goes with this connector, breaks every few years as my Oxygenics shower head fits onto the clear plastic pin. So, the clear plastic pin should also be metal. Both clear plastic pieces are prone to breakage. I keep two spares of both the connector and the pin because they can so easily break.

Very Hard To Find

This is a very hard to find item. Walmart is the only website that offers it. I have a shower setup that requires this type of holder. The plastic could be a little more durable since that is what broke on my old one that caused me to replace it.
