The sink is exactly what I wanted. Sturdy, heavy and the actual color was better than expected. However, it was/is warped. The contractor was finally able to set it properly by raising my counter and calking the door front lip liberally. It looks great but the warping was really a hassle. You should have a better quality control program.

Arrived on time and in good condition. Had our plumber install it.

The enamel is horrible! It is waving and even bubbly looking. Also the drain holes are rounded off and the strainer flange and the disposer flange are not going to seal because it is a rounded surface they are sitting on. Do I install this thing only to prove it is no good and then have to take it all back apart??!!

Cracked / Chipped

The first arrived shattered. The second installed had a chip within one month. Now after a year have to replace given chip has rusted and grown. Terrible product by typically trusted company.

Waited 20 Years

I waited 20 years to get this beautiful, enameled cast iron sink. All our appliances are black, so the stainless steel sink just didn't fit in.

Absolutely beautiful. I love it! The shine of the black is gorgeous.

This sink was right color and size . But wouldn’t set level on existing countertop due the sink had curved lips underneath bank of sink.

Edit: went to put it in and its warped/titled so it doesn't sit on the counter correctly. Off by 3/8 in. Contacting customer service for help.

Too hard to maintain

Loved it at first. But it was way too easy to scuff and stain. Pots and pans would leave grey marks that took a lot of elbow grease to get off of it. Food stained it. Grew to hate it and the amount of time and effort it took to keep it looking decent. Tried all the methods recommended to keep it looking nice. Finally would just use soft scrub on it, which eventually damaged the finish. Had it for 7 years and finally replaced it this week. I regret buying it.

Not quite right...

I relied on the Kohler reputation for quality. The finish is amazing, exactly the look I wanted. Then came time to set it in place...not so good. The sink rocked from front to back at an angle because it didn't sit flush. Returning it was not possible. As a caregiver to my 89-year-old father, being without a sink for 2 weeks was not an option. The plumber was able to shim one corner which camouflaged the flaws. From the front view, looks good. From the back view, one side sits 1/4" higher than the other. See the photo and you'll see what I mean. With the cost of the sink, faucet, garbage disposal and the plumber I had over $1,500 into this project. If you spent that kind of money, would you be satisfied?

Product is fine, it's the lack of service and caring that is very evident in this store from top management on down. From taking 45 minutes to take delivery of the product, to excuses as to why upper management cannot help you, must be someone from that department, and lastly the staff dressed in tights in a business enviroment. Not so at other Lowe's stores....

Super easy to install and set up. Very heavy and of good quality. Looks gorgeous in my kitchen.

My sink came in with the enamel broken in several places, obviously damaged before it was boxed. Took 2 calls and contacts on website to get a return process started and two weeks later they came to pick it up, all the while I’m left with the additional charge on my credit card, and the return didn’t make it back before my billing cycle. Got to pay 22% interest on that one. But the second sink was as expected, no damage.

The finish on the sink was not smooth. I don't know if this was intended or poor workmanship. also, the sink does not slope down to the drain so any food debris tends to sit in sink and not flow to drain basket.
