This sink is an outstanding product that I’m 100% confident will last me through my lifetime. I previously purchased a larger Kohler porcelain coated cast iron sink for my kitchen and I loved it so much I order a smaller as a replacement sink for my laundry room. They are both beautiful, easy to keep clean (even with hard water!) and timelessly stylish. I love them both!

Great looking sink

Our old (not a Kholer ) sink broke apart at the drain and fter being without a kitchen sink for 3 weeks, we decided to purchase this sink.We love the sink and it fits in with our decor and seems to be well made. The sink arrived in a box with no exterior damage, but had 2 minor blemishes on either side on the rim that we noticed after installing. Contacted Kholer and their solution was a bottle of touch up paint. A $1000 sink with a ‘lifetime guarantee’ and the solution is a $40 bottle of paint? The sink gets 5 stars since if were not for these imperfections would be an amazing sink. Kholer and their approach to settling customer issues ranks 3 stars.

There were several cracks that were very difficult to see. My husband installed it and didn't even see them. I saw them by very close inspection only. We are returning the item and exchanging it for another because we are very limited in product options because of our space. Unfortunately, we wasted time and effort with the installation and have to do it over again. Hoping the next one does not have the same issues.

I have had many kitchens with under-mount stainless steel sinks. The truth is they look terrible with scratches and hard water dullness after just a year of use. This Riverby 25 inch drop-in is a remarkably beautiful cast iron sink and fits perfectly into my 27" cabinet. It is definitely a show piece, made to last for decades and gets comments from everyone that comes over for dinner. The sink is remarkably deep and having the drain hole off-center allows one side of my otherwise small cabinet for supplies and plumbing access. It's so easy to clean and after a year and a half there isn't one scratch in the enamel. After each heavy use of dishes, I simply wipe clean with a mild spray disinfectant from Method that also leaves the surface a nice shine. When I hear people's fear of either chipping the cast iron or the enamel, I have to think what the heck are those people are doing in their kitchen??? The same people that don't get cast iron for fear of dropping a heavy pot on it also have granite counter tops, which is much easier to chip than a cast iron sink, so I'm not understanding the issue.

Kholer is a well know brand that states they pride themselves on high quality. However with this one one corner wasn’t so perfect. Seems the cast iron cast wasn’t exactly precise. I see the imperfection an go crap I paid $411.75 for that it’s right front an corner bottom edge. How embarrassing....

Love the sink and it is smaller than normal. The holes are really close to each other and I had to return the faucet I ordered to get 3 items to fit. Would recommend getting sink with holds further apart although the sink is an excellent quality.

I wanted a deep sink, and was not sure if the slanted angle described for this sink would leave one side too shallow for my needs. It is perfect! the incline is very subtle and the side drain makes it easy to clean. The stainless steel protector that came with it made the bargain all the more sweet. We are loving this sink!

We love this sink! Our house was built in 1924 so has a smaller kitchen than most modern houses. Although we originally wanted an apron front cast iron, this 25" drop-in is beautiful alternative. The depth makes up for the width and is a perfect fit.

The Kohler Riverby Top Mount Cast-Iron 25 in. 1-Hole Single Bowl Kitchen Sink with Basin Rack in White has got to be the nicest top mount cast sink I have come across in my lifetime. The sink is solid cast (HEAVY) with a flawless enameled finish. The enamel is glossy white which actually reflects quite a bit of light, brightening up the area around the sink. I would strongly recommend a two person install. The sink has nice beveled edges that coax any splashes of water back into the sink bowl. The bowl also has a slide 2 degreed slope towards the drain to help avoid pooling. The rack/grate fits nicely in the sink and helps to elevate dishes and keep water flowing towards the drain. The single hole design makes for a nice clean faucet installation that is easy to clean around as there is no plate in the way. I would highly recommend this sink to anyone looking for a top mount model.

I attempted to install my new sink today but ended up having to put the old sink back in because the new Kohler was warped by about 1/4 of an inch and rocked badly when put in place. I am on my way back to Home Depot to return it and have to decide whether to order the same thing again or look at other brands.
