Rusted around the overflow and rim
The sink started rusting shortly after installation. The overflow and rim are pretty bad. I called Kohler to ask for warranty. They said the sink should be serviced with white vinegar and keep it dry. They also said the overflow should be sealed by silicone. I challenged them if they specify the service requirements and sealing procedure with their installation guide and user manual. They can't provide the document.

Impressive packaging
First, the sink was packaged to prevent damage within the manufacturer's box, indicating that the sink was not just a return being foisted to the next sucker. In addition, that box was itself packed into a larger sturdy box, fully padded top, bottom, and sides. Hence, the sink arrived with neither damager nor a blemish.

Worth the money.
Affordable, and easy to work with. Plumbers had no problem installing it. It is very nice, and blends in well with the countertops, faucets. They were well packaged up on delivery. The delivery guys were very helpful. Highly recommended product, and a very good brand. They should last a really good while.

I was impressed by how easy Wayfair and the sink company handled ASAP, when the sink showed up cracked from shipping. 2cd sink was perfect.
Great sink, I had to replace my bathroom sink and this made the bathroom look a lot better. Came out the box with a cutout if it’s for new installation and detailed instruction's, any DIYer can take on the installation task. The install took me about an 1.5hrs

Check the drain
It's a great looking sink, installed very well. The only problem was the drain hole in the sink wasn't perfectly round like the outlet underneath. It was also a little off center so had to use a lot of plumbers putty for the drain assembly to seat and not leak. Otherwise a nice sink that perfectly complemented the toilet purchased at the same time.

Pennington drop in sink
It is a great replacement for my previous 2nd bathroom sink. I will soon upgrade the master bedroom with the same model, since this one looks so good.
