Cats love it

All 5 of our cats drink from this and even one of my dogs does too. It’s easy to put together and not a bunch of pieces. 2 of our cats have only drank from the sink or tub and FINALLY I found a fountain they plus the other 3 will drink from! If you have a cat who is picky with where they drink I definitely recommend getting this fountain!

Has been working great for months

I bought this a few months ago and it's still going strong. I set up a "taste test" to see if my cat preferred it to a regular water bowl and she did! I was worried it would get grimey but I rinse it out everyday and it still looks good.

Did not work

Pump would not work, tried several times to refill with water, etc., do not buy this! Threw it away.

Customers issues

Received this fountain yesterday it arrived with the back of the spout slightly off so yes I found it difficult to correctly replace it but I did manage. The noise was unbearable throughout the evening so pulled the plug out of the wall this morning. I am so disappointed in almost all water fountains when I do find what I think is a nice and quiet design I quickly find one of my cats will pull it all apart. I was just about to throw this fountain away when I tried closing the shutter almost fully situated on the top of the pump and have know a very quiet sound.

Perfect for Cavalier long eard

Have had many fountains but this one is raised enough so minimal wet ears meaning less time with matted ear grooming. Took a bit to learn to use the fountain but once he did no issues. Was noisy for a bit but work itself out.

large bowl is nice. the tube that connects pump to fountain output is very loose fitting. plastic nubs on the curved stem are very brittle, breaking on the first cleaning. (thanks white tape for the assist) didnt really have expectations but some how slightly disappointed. over all it works, wish it had a better filter other than the coarse foam sponge insert (maybe a charcoal changeable insert might be better)

My cats and dogs love it, it won't splash water if you keep it full, also attach pump to handle first then attach faucet to base works every time

impossible to line up with filter

I loved this fountain as do my cats - but once I had to open it up to clean it, it was very difficult to get the plastic tube to line up with the filter and lock. There is a plastic back piece that if easily removable would solve the issue. However, it’s held by teeny tiny plastic pieces which all broke immediately.

Not a good choice

This fountain was not a good choice for indoor use. It looks good, but the "faucet" is too high so when the water drops into the bowl, it splashes out of the bowl, getting the floor soaking wet. Also, It did not come with clear instructions on how to put it together. Most of it was self-explanatory, but there were certain parts that did need explanation about how to put it together.

Water Fountain fail.

I was really looking forward to this wawter fountain. However, it continuosly splashed water out on the hardwood floor. It's ok, though. I donated it to a fund raiser "White Elephant" sale. Every thing else was fine! Thank you!

Cheap fountain

We have purchased other types of pet fountains and this is pretty flimsy. This would be fine for 1 small pet, but I wouldn't recommend for a large or multiple pet household.

Terrible - splashes water all over the floor

I've had a few pet fountains and this is the worst. It is loud and splashed water on the floor because the spout is too close to the edge of the basin.
