Great for low budget remodeling
The price was right. The fan is installed in a small bathroom with a window that is only used by guests. It seems that has good suction and so far no humidity from showers.
Great price for a quality fan
Installed this in the bathroom by the common area. It's loud enough to give guests privacy while not blowing out their ear drums.
Solid replacement fan
We needed to replace a bathroom fan that was making a strange sound while running (it was also original to the house). This fan was pretty straightforward to install as a replacement, with some minimal sawing needed from the attic access point (though I believe it's possible to install from inside the room instead). We installed a new ceiling light at the same time and were able to wire them to the same switch.
So quiet
exhaust well and no more foggy mirrors
Five Stars
Great product for the price. Wish it was a little louder. But removes steam and Oder very well
Far better than a spec fan.
I've been using this model fan for years, having installed several of them. They're FAR quieter than a cheap "spec" fan, move 40% more air, and are very easy to install as it was thoughtfully designed to make it easy.
One Great Bathroom Ventilation Fan
A very high quality bathroom ventilation fan for the price. This fan moves a lot of air (80 cfm) without making a lot of noise. It is not silent, but I would classify the sound it makes as "white noise".
Louder than I had thought it would be.
The motor makes a rattling sound. I thought it was the metal housing around the unit but I ran the fan by itself and it is the motor which make the noise.
No problems here!
Worked perfect. Just like new!
Excellent value, easy to install, and oh so Quiet
The performance of the fan is good, and it's really quiet, which I love.
Great choice for remodel!
Very Good! Excellent choice for remodeling application. Specifically designed for it. Would definitely order again. Moderate sound level.
Noise level is just ok for the price
Works well as advertised
Great Product for the money .
Unit is made very well
Love it
Just what we needed for our space

Bought this fan at more than double the price if a standard bath exhaust fan. Installed it in a new basement bathroom and now it makes the most obnoxious grinding/humming noise. It’s probably been turned on/off a total of 30 times at this point. It was left on overnight by a guest on accident. Now the fan seems to be broken. After turning it on now , once is been on for 15s it starts rattling and squeaking. Seems like the bearing went out somehow. The fan was covered during construction with plastic to keep dust out. Pretty disappointed such a high end fan failed before we even really used it.

The fan really isn’t as quiet as the advertisement makes out. I’ve installed several new quiet bathroom fans and this one is the same noise level as the others. I did initially install the fan with a 4” to 3” reducer to match my existing ducting. Afterwards, I noticed a comment in the instructions that if the fan was too loud it may because of the reducer. So back into the attic I went and installed a 4” duct. It actually made the fan louder, but at the same time, it now completely clears the bathroom condensation unlike with the 3” duct. The only other complaint besides the false advertising of how quiet the unit is, is the vent flapper rattles slightly. The humidity sensing does work nice, but it will turn on if it’s raining outside. Overall, this is a nice unit that works as advertised. I do wish it really was so quiet that you had to have a light to tell it’s on, but alas, that’s not quite true.

We have had this fan for just over a year and it runs all of the time when it’s in moisture sensing mode, other people have complained about the same thing it slows down but it never turns off. Now at 13 months the moisture sensor doesn’t work at all and I have to have the unit replaced on the warranty. The gentleman on the phone told me how to rewire the new moisture sensor into the fan. Lucky for him I know a little bit about electricity and I asked him if I would get electrocuted if I did this while the switch was still in the on position and he said oh yes make sure you turn the power off. I findIt unsettling that Delta has me re-wiring their unit when I’m not a licensed electrician or qualified to do so. Great quality and the materials used are impressive. Finish looks great.

Awesome fan. I'm glad I went with the Bluetooth feature because its a nice touch for our renovated bathroom. It's quiet enough though in larger bathrooms would likely be even quieter.free I was somehow able to wire the fan and Bluetooth separately so the Bluetooth always stays on and """"""""hot"""""""" so I don't have to deal with the dreaded startup sound ppl have been complaining about. I wanted to swap the included speaker with my Home Essentials Direct echo dot, following another reviewer's idea but unfortunately the 3rd gen echo dots don't have the same power cord as this speaker. I paired the fan with a Dew Stop programmable humidity sensor switch (see my review) and I love it!

I really wanted to like this fan. I actually love the blue light as it adds a very small amount of light for late night visits to the bathroom without turning on an overly bright light. Yes, this fan is horrible to install and you must have access from above to do it properly. The larger issue is this fan does NOT turn off as advertised once the RH drops below 60%. My home is typically around 52% relative humidity and sometimes drops as low as 48% ... yet these fans continue to run at a low speed... sucking all heat (or AC in summer) right out of the house. This negates any 'cost savings' regarding the green/efficient fan. If you're considering this fan for it's 60% auto shut off feature... don't waste your time. Get an adjustable RH model and save yourself the headache of a difficult installation with this model. I've replaced two of these models (neither worked as indicated) with adjustable RH models and am quite happy now.
