We hadnt opened the box until plumber needed it and it was bisque color and not white, although the listing said white. Misleading and It’s too late to return. Awful

Nice aesthetic-Didn't last

My Reve toilet tank started leaking after 6.5 years of use. Only one person used. Due to the skirt design repairing it is too expensive. The whole toilet has to be taken out to repar it.

Seats always breaking

We’ve bought two of these toilets about 2 years now and we’ve had to buy replacement anchors for the seat twice! The anchors that came from the manufacturer we’re plastic. We are paid hundreds of dollars for plastic anchors?! And every time an anchor breaks you have to buy the whole “kit” and you have to buy the whole kit from kohls because other soft close toilet seat kits don’t fit. It’s a racket!

Horrible - deserves less than 1 star

I agree with all of the 1 star reviews, if I could leave a review with less I would. This is such a sharp looking toilet, HOWEVER the seat and lid DO NOT stay in place, are constantly slipping off or slamming shut (so much for soft close when it shifts only the slightest bit and no longer works properly). Please don't even get me started on the 5" water spot that I saw another customer complain about (and Kohler tried to say it's a tank flush problem....no, it's tapered porcelain with a tiny amount of water in the bowl so like someone else mentioned - messy #2s unless you sit up perfectly straight with great downward aim). We have had nothing but problems since we paid way too much for a defective product - Shame on Kohler

Bidet seat for this model

I’m happy with this model, the only this is that i can’t find a bidet that will work with it, Do you sell a bidet seat for this model, or know one that will work.

Poor Seat Design

This Reve toilet is about 1.5 years old and the seat cover comes off, fails to stay on, or in place routinely. The instructions are not of any help in how to install or correctly address the install and adjustment. This appears to be poorly engineered and not a good look for Kohler. If I cannot obtain parts and support to fix this, it will have to be replaced. Making this unit a failure, given it's price point. On would expect far better construction.

Horrible Toilet - Looks good but terrible seat

This is a gorgeous looking toilet, however the seat broke off within 1 year and we have 3 in our house. There is no way to replace these unless you replace with the same toilet. The plumbing for this toilet is no-standard. In fact our contractor told us that 98% of toilets do not use this required plumbing, AFTER he installed it. Shame on him for not telling us and shame on us for not researching this further DO NOT BUY THIS TOILET. I am researching options for replacement

Worst toilet

The toilet looks great however, the toilet seat is a nightmare. The toilet seat broke after 2 months and its extremely hard to repair. I am so disappointed that I spent all this money.

This Toilet Sucks...

I bought a home with two of these toilets already installed. These are the worst toilets I have ever used. I'm going to be as nice as I can in this description. After every number two, the user has to physically clean the bowl. It just does not do a good job of flushing. It is horrible. DO NOT buy this toilet. In my previous home I had Toto toilets they were absolutely great. This kohler "Reve" is the worst toilet ever made. Obviously they didn't test it first...

Toilet Seat Cover Doesn't Stay On

We've tried to fix this seat so many times and it just keeps coming off. I've called customer service multiple times, have received replacement parts and it still doesn't work. After spending over $1000 on this toilet--plus multiple times for a plumber to try to fix it-- I'm going to have to replace it. I tried to keep it but it's really not practical to have a toilet with no cover. It's infuriating.

This is the coolest toilet. It’s modern. The the straight lines make it easier to clean. The seats are wide and comfortable. I replaced all my toilets with this

No complaints

This is the best toilet. My client loves it and has raved about the flushing mechanism and how comfortable the height is for him and his knees and hips. This was a great find!
