[Rewarded Review] Too soon to tell

This review is not fair to the manufacturer. The unit was delivered on April 19th, but was completely destroyed during shipping. The replacement still has not been delivered, but is promised soon. I will review this again once the replacement has been received. I am hoping that the undamaged fixture will meet all of our expectations both as as toilet and a bidet.

I have to say that once you use a modern smart bidet, you will probably never go back to looking at a regular toilet the same way. Such is the case with this BWE smart toilet. As a family that has never used a smart bidet, it is like taking a huge technological leap forward, even though it has been around in Europe and some of Asia for a while.
